I attempted several times to resolve this matter directly with the business, including requesting to speak with the owner or management. In my experience, no owner or manager was available on-site, and I was not provided with clear ownership or management contact information. I also requested the business's liability insurance information regarding my injury and, as of this writing, that information has not been provided to me. I have additional concerns regarding sanitation and the equipment used during services. I am also reviewing publicly available Georgia state business records, which appear to raise questions regarding the company's current business registration/status. Because I have been unable to resolve the matter directly with the business, I am pursuing the appropriate formal and legal channels.
