My first time, definitely not my last! My experience was amazing from being to end. I received a 60 minute Aromatherapy Massage for $105. I chose the peppermint oil. My masseuse name was Joi. Every moment of my massage exceeded my expectations. Definitely a soothing and relaxing environment, very calming and tranquil. Clean, stress-free, and inviting. The staff members are welcoming and patient. I was not familiar with the area and due to construction nearby, I got lost. I called the receptionist and she stayed on the phone with me giving me directions until I arrived. Little did she know I was not having the best of days, but her soft voice and patience helped me to calm down and I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of canceling my appointment. They were quick and efficient with communication via email and double checked that It was okay for a male to perform the massage due to no female being available which was totally fine because I had no preference when I booked It. My four star rating is a cumulative rating of all of my visits to Celestial this far. Location: Not the most convenient spa to get to. Cascade road is a one lane road in each direction for most of my trip to the spa, so that can make things difficult. It is also quite difficult to turn left out of the spa's parking lot during high traffic times. Interior: very calming and relaxing. The lights are dim in the waiting area and they typically have drinks available (including mimosas) while you wait. I usually try to arrive a little early, just so I can relax in the waiting room for a few moments & clear my mind. The massage rooms are clean and cozy. Service: I typically get great service from the time I enter until I leave. I did have some customer service concerns the last time I was there, but I'm hoping that was just an anomaly. In total it is a cute spot, that does a great job. read more

I have been at least four times, and I have never been treated with anything short of the utmost respect. When you walk, in the waiting room, there are drinks and 'tide me overs' for you to graze on.
