Lost several items of my washing, and despite promising to refund me £ 40 for the replacements, they keep stringing me along, making promises, and still no sign of any money. The names they give are totally fictitious and are based in Pakistan, and as a pensioner, please beware, as the standard is so poor, and when the manager says "i have been here for 4 years and when items are lost they are never found" you know you should be careful, sadly, I was not! When they delivered in NW London, they were 2 hours late and clearly stated that NW LONDON is not their area, despite wanting new business but not having the support to back it up. It was the most dreadful experience, absolutely shocking service. Lost the washing, people trying to cover it up by emailing and calling via their personal email and mobile. Taking 24 hours to locate the washing, not understanding any of the instructions given. Messing up across all communication, missed returns, just from start to finish, appalling service. If you're weighing up your options - DON'T look here! Seriously. This 'business' will lose your clothes, then respond with automated messages and after that just play dead! I've been waiting for 6 months to get my money and clothes back - NOTHING. They have charged me over £300 for services I haven't received, lost a very expensive clothing item and when I tried to resolve it - at first - I received nothing but automated messages proclaiming how sorry they (AI bot) were. After about the 5th message someone replied - hallelujah - but when I told them about my issue, they started playing dead! This is unacceptable behavior from a legitimate business. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, take the 20p hit and get your clothes back elsewhere, trouble-free. Trust me. Its not worth it. read more

DO NOT USE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Change of delivery time with no notice and LOST ITEMS OVER 2 months ago. No resolution yet. At the end of my delivery slot I contacted the team to ask where my delivery was and was then told that the delivery has been changed. I expect I would not have been even made aware of this if I hadn't checked. Then when I complained they said it's because there was a leather coat and that's why they were unable to do the order on time and it in fact was not picked up from the facility - there was not a leather coat in the order. Why wasn't I made aware of this? No explanation. Then when it was delivered, I discovered a set of bed sheets was missing. I have tried to resolve this issue for almost 3 months now. Firstly customer service is aweful - no one contacts you back - keep saying they're getting the manager to contact. Awful correspondence with various excuses and protocols that mean they can't do anything for a week, then another week, then they're "sweeping the facility", then they're forwarding a receipt I keep sending them to the "insurance department". No contact no for over a week when I specifically asked for them to keep me updated after this obviously made up "sweep". AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will update about whether I get my stuff back or compensated. read more

Appalling customer service after discolouring items I used Love2Laundry to wash/iron a set of bed sheets. They not only ruined my bedding, took more than two months to respond on customer service (claiming the cleaners closed for the month of September) but also claimed that the discolouration was due to "trim that let out colour" and stated they were not responsible. Photos attached show the discolouration and that there is no trim. Entirely unreasonable. I don't mind that the sheets became discoloured as mistakes happen but the lack of accepting responsibility and subsequent customer service engagement is horrific. read more

Absolutely awful company, avoid. They mixed up our order due to human error (their words not ours), losing one of our sheets. We have since been told by two different people that we would receive a full refund, then a Mike Stanley (Customer Support Manager), said on an email that we would only receive a full refund if my partner, who has written an earlier review, revised or removed the review. That is not how decent companies or review sites operate. By your own admission, Love2Laundry made a mistake and you should fully refund us for the inconvenience and missing items (which we still have not received). No doubt this review will receive a generic response where you tell readers that this has been resolved. To be very clear, it hasn't but I will happily provide an update to my review should the situation change. read more

My personal experience with Love2Laundry was absolutely horrible, in my opinion. Shirts came back damaged, with NEW stains, and greased. The delivery person extremely rude, unprofessional. Service person I complained to even worse. Patronising. Says I was the one with the 'misunderstanding'. Refused to provide a refund. Did not offer any compensation for damage. Will never use again. I sent my £3000 dress for dry cleaning only for it to come back with buttons all broken and scratched. Customer Service Staff said that they cover the buttons with protection film, but I doubt this was done. Love2Laundry is the worst company I have ever come across. I had them "clean" two suits and one red coat and all three came back in terrible condition. The red coat is now ruined with black stains all over it that were not there before. Luckily, we took pictures before and sent them to the company. Without telling us what they would do with the coat, they picked it up to inspect it and ended up cleaning it" again adding more black marks and further ruining the coat. We have requested that they refund the cost of the dry cleaning and based on their T&Cs were should be entitled to a reimbursement of the coat as it is now ruined, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. They just keep saying they will clean it again, which based on their failure the first two times is atrocious. Whatever you do, do not use Love2Laundry. The company is a complete scam and should be shut down. read more
