Well always had great experience here, been coming for years on top years. The newest owners have been great and very good at what they do however, they need be more cautious who they hired because I got bad mail job that was expensive last week. I let someone besides mya and her hubby do my nails and though they were gorgeou, didn't last but five days and every single one just about poped off whole nail and all. 75 dollars down drain. I had come back let mya give me complete new set and never will I again let differrnt worker do my nails. Nomention I dropped 20 tip for these nails as well as 75 dollars. read more

I am writing this for my wife. 1st she kept pushing for a full set replacement. She wanted to change her for a full set. She didn't need them replaced but one. My wife said no. So she kept pushing anyways then grinds the acrylic down real thin saying the last salon did them wrong. Well my wife likes them slightly thicker because they last! She never breaks a nail! Now that they are very thin they will be broken in a week. My wife told her she's been getting her nails done close to 30 years and this is how she likes them. She didn't care. 2nd they cut her as you can see in the photos. Not one I'm sorry or anything. 3rd the woman next to my wife had 3 nails replaced and a fill in she was charged 45.00 my wife had one nail replaced and a fill in she was charged 55.00. btw a full set in Lexington is 60.00 and they are done to her preference. 4th look at the quality of work! I mean who would want this on your hands to look at? I will never be coming back!! 5th her excuse for charging more was that her nails are too long. It was a fill in. It requires the same amount of product as a short nail. This is a cash only business. It is there a way around to keep from paying sales and income tax. AKA tax evasion. read more

Well I don't plan on going back there they cut my fingers several times the man did not know how to do nails right I wanted pink French tips and he went halfway down my nails with them. He didn't put anything on to make it not so see through so u can see my real nail right through my nails. Used no communication and only pointed on what I should do and where to go and was very complicated. If I could give zero stars I would it was terrible and wayyy over priced plus he left little bubbles in most of my nails plus we were there for 5 hours for just 2 sets. read more

I got my nails done here with my friend, we made an appointment and we were there from 4:30-8 when we got acrylics (never had a place take that long). About a week later and they're already falling it, my friends and i nail beds are literally ripped in half, im sure it's the glue probably a cheaper brand that isn't safe. Anyways, never had my nails do this before, or take this long, or have people that do not listen to what you ask for at all, so I highly don't recommend getting acrylics here, unless u want bleeding nails after a week :) read more

This place gave does not care about its customers or the health of the customers nails.I told the nail tech my acrylic was raised she ignored me and just covered it with more acrylic.Two days later entire nail came off.My nail and skin was separated.Had to go a week like this because they refused to give my money back and also fix it.Said it was their best work my ass.I have been going religiously 4+years every two weeks.Theres been a lot of times I let stuff slide but not this time.Do not go here.I got the set they did taken off and a new one on and literally paid 1/3 the price for better quality.They can get away with it cause there's not many salons in that area.I will never go here again.Also I got my little sisters nails done that day and her nails are all off.One came off as she was washing her hair.Just save your money go somewhere else! read more

Dirtiest nail salon I've ever visited! Dust is EVERYWHERE... On the heater, on the decorative balls hanging from the ceiling, all over the nail stations. The carpet is filthy and the walls need to be painted. The drop ceiling is pretty gross too. I stopped in for a basic manicure ($20), and the tech I had was fast and furious, probably because she was bouncing between me and another client at the same time. It resulted in a sloppy manicure. When she sat me at the drying lights, she told me "15 minutes," but after 12 minutes she told me I could leave. I have never experienced anything like this in any nail salon before. The service was ok but they charged us way more than what was advertised for a mani pedi: $60 instead of $40. Not cool. If you go here, get the price quote in writing ahead of time. read more
