My nails are all messed up from chemotherapy and I was not sure they could help me. However, the expertise of the nail technician is very impressive. Also, she is a very kind and beautiful person which made my experience so much better. I ended up with a pedicure and a manicure and I felt like a beautiful woman again. It was a very, very nice afternoon. and to top all that off when I was about to leave another, customer jumped in and paid my bill. Her mom is going through the same battle, and she was moved to do a beautiful thing for me. Tears of happiness and joy abound.

It felt weird buffing the gel off, but my nails always crack and peel and this is the first time they have gotten the chance to grow. One week later - the gel is peeling off of every single one of my nails. Gel manicures last THREE WEEKS at my usual place - no chipping, no lifting. Since I am 15 hours away from home on vacation, I called and requested a refund because I had to spend another $30+ to get my nails re-done while I'm here. The guy who answered the phone told me no, and that I could come in and get them fixed. I told him that's not possible because I'm five states away and I need to get them fixed right away, to avoid any fungus growing between the lifting gel and my actual nail. He laughed at me and hung up on me. I have never been treated like this in almost ten years of getting my nails done. I am disgusted that I wasted my hard-earned money on this place!!!

It had plenty of unclean and chemical laden products, it's basically just your normal salon. It had harsh LED lights, fake plants on the wall, they offer you a drink of coke, sprite or water and it's definitely your run of the mill nail salon. I wish people truly understood what non toxic means as this feels a bit like a ruse. Decent salon, but certainly not a non-toxic or natural vibe.
