I absolutely will not be coming back and these were $70. they were not worth that much, she still made me pay full price. terrible customer service

Regarding the Hair Stylist: I have long hair. Occasionally I will donate to Locks of Love and get it cut up to just below the shoulders, but usually it's 12 - 18 inches past my shoulders. The stylist washed my hair and we chatted about what I wanted done. A 1/2 inch trim off the back to clean up any split ends, the little bit in front cut out of my eyes, an angle from the bangs to the shoulder along the sides. She told me that they way I normally have my hair cut is not possible. I was a bit taken aback. She informed me that what I was asking for was a mullet and she was sure that is not what I wanted. No, you are correct - I am not looking for a mullet. There were several pictures of styles posted around the shop - all of them were short, landing about the chin, hair styles. None were long hair styles. You know what, when the stylist is convinced what you are asking for is a mullet - I am sure that that is exactly what I would end up with. I paid for the wash and left. Regarding the Pedicurist: She did a fine job cleaning up cuticles, softening heels, and painting nails.

She is very kind and friendly, and I really like that she explains her process, offers advice on how to maintain your haircut, and checks multiple times to make sure you're happy with what she is doing. I have had some bad experiences with other hairdressers cutting my hair too short or not listening to what I wanted, but here I always leave feeling super satisfied with the results. I can't recommend Tina and Total Image enough!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken right away and while I was receiving my hair cut, she was giving me knowledgeable tips and tricks on how to cut and style my hair. Tina is a very down to earth and nice lady. I was pleased with my haircut and would go back again!
