What has been even more disappointing is the store's response. Despite providing veterinary records and attempting to resolve this matter directly, the store has refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. Our family, especially our three children, is devastated. We hope our experience encourages prospective buyers to ask detailed questions about health screening and testing before purchasing a bird. My Pomeranian Chewbacca is having some alopecia issue and is taking some medication for the fur coat, so I was a little concerned about grooming him. Well, the groomer did an amazing job, giving him a short teddy bear cut. He looks gorgeous!! I am super happy with the result. Spike, my tea cup Yorkie looks absolutely beautiful!!! My dog is the same to me as my 2 legged kids. I warn anyone who feels like I do about their fur baby to stay away from this place. They are incapable of performing their jobs correctly. STAY AWAY
