So we decided to check out Woof Gang, we booked an appt online, signed waivers and went to check it out. I'm so glad we did! The space is clean, and staff could not have been friendlier. Our babies are just that, we want them to always feel safe and loved wherever they go. We met the grooming staff and the dogs seemed at ease with them right away. Our boy can be a biter when he gets nervous so we warned them to pls keep that in mind when dealing with him. They told us it would be about two hours. They were ready in an hour and a half! As soon as we got the call we went and got them. Luis let us know they behaved really well. Prices were fair, and they truly are a bakery they have a bunch of baked doggie treats. We got them a few that they'll get a little later today. All in all, we could not be happier with the experience and will 100% be bringing them back to Woof Gang for their regular grooming services from now on. Thank you for taking care of our babies

And what makes it even worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward. Animal Crackers completely destroyed my trust. I would not leave a stuffed animal in their care after what happened to my dog. If you love your pet, ASK QUESTIONS before leaving them here. The shape of his face, muzzle, head, and ears is completely different, and his hair was cut significantly shorter in several areas. I understand that grooming can never be 100% identical, but in this case the reference photo was literally of the same dog, and the difference is very noticeable. If a groomer is unable to reproduce a requested style or believes it won't be possible, I would much rather be told beforehand so we can discuss alternatives instead of discovering such a drastic difference when I pick up my dog. The staff is super friendly and were able to accommodate all 3 fur babies on a Saturday morning. My Pomeranian Chewbacca is having some alopecia issue and is taking some medication for the fur coat, so I was a little concerned about grooming him. Well, the groomer did an amazing job, giving him a short teddy bear cut. He looks gorgeous!! I am super happy with the result. Spike, my tea cup Yorkie looks absolutely beautiful!!! Totally Miami boys now ! Highly recommend!!
