Hard to say. Regardless, there was zero judgment and not a hint of sarcasm. She simply nodded subtly toward the display that had clearly brought me there in the first place. I stood there, slightly overwhelmed, staring at what can only be described as an ambitious collection of modern engineering. With calm confidence, Amber offered a recommendation -- one that, despite my dentist's concerns and my family's pleas, I have absolutely no regrets about. So here's to Amber and Cirilla's for introducing me to what I can only describe as a 110-volt stairway to heaven. Sure, I may have a couple loose fillings now... but no regrets. I called several times in December of 2023 and then in early January 2024 to get an update, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone, I was told that they did not see my order and had to talk with the owner, and I would get a call back. After months of continuous phone calls, I learned that my order was never placed. My insurance changed at the beginning of 2024 and now Beautifully Unique is out of network. I am now being told that because my new insurance is out of network, I will now be responsible for payment (which is the equivalent of thousands of dollars), and they can no longer help me. This is very frustrating because it is now August of 2024, and I have been getting the runaround for almost 9mo. Her poor business management is going to cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of making phone calls and time now driving to a different city to find services. The owner of this business will NEVER know how much her careless neglect to do her job has costed me. Given what I have gone through since walking into their office back in October of 2023, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. It wasn't enough of a traumatic event to have both of my breasts removed to prevent cancer but to then be treated with such disrespect and callous deception by the only place within 60 miles that does what she does....Shame on her!!
