Hard to say. Regardless, there was zero judgment and not a hint of sarcasm. She simply nodded subtly toward the display that had clearly brought me there in the first place. I stood there, slightly overwhelmed, staring at what can only be described as an ambitious collection of modern engineering. With calm confidence, Amber offered a recommendation -- one that, despite my dentist's concerns and my family's pleas, I have absolutely no regrets about. They measured me, asked some questions and figured out my preferences for bra styles and had me try one on in the size I was measured at. She helped me adjust the back to where it should be and pulled on the back and sides and asked if it felt too tight. I said it was tight but comfortable. She said it fit right. I was shocked. No gapping no overflowing no digging in of the wire. And the bonus part for me is even in their bigger sizes beyond a DDD they have fun cute patterns and colors where some places end up just having neutral colors. Besides clothing, they also carry Sorel boots, coats, hats, lingerie, and a great variety of jewelry and accessories. I did in fact find a really cute ring that I just love. The sales staff is very friendly. They checked on me but were not overbearing or pushy. I signed up for their rewards program and plan on attending their November 16 Dress Up event, which will feature Pink Lemonade, Lee & Birch and Tulips Little Pop Up Shop. The woman who attempted to help us was polite, but she was obviously overwhelmed. There were two women working the floor, trying to answer questions for everyone who approached, so we were interrupted four times in just a few minutes. On top of everything Macy's website was wrong and they did not have in store what we needed. It wasn't a size issue either, they didn't even have the brand in the store. We were told we could buy a different brand we did not want or we could order the brand we wanted online. Very helpful. /s We left feeling unpleasant.
