Unfortunately, I was unable to find any Ralph Lauren merchandise. The store had been rearranged, and the area where those items were previously located now contained suits and other inventory. While I do appreciate the suit selection, the overall reorganization made it difficult to locate what I came in for. When I asked a cashier in the men's department, I was informed that all Polo Ralph Lauren items had been removed from this location. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, confusing. Ralph Lauren is a well-known and trusted brand, and removing it from this store feels like a step in the wrong direction. Locations in nearby cities such as Fresno and Bakersfield continue to carry these products, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Customers should not have to drive long distances to find items that were once readily available at their local store. I enjoy shopping at Macy's and would like to continue supporting this location. However, decisions like this make it difficult to do so. I strongly encourage your merchandising team to reconsider the removal of Ralph Lauren products and to better align inventory across locations to meet customer expectations. This is why more consumers shop online rather than inside the brick and mortar, we can only find what we are looking for online!

I rarely shop at Macy's and find them quite messy, especially on the weekends. This particular day happened to be a Saturday morning and the store was spotless. They had a great selection and the service was exceptional. The sales associate worked with me on sizes and how to take advantage of the ongoing promotions. I was very pleased and have since been back for some other articles of clothing. I'm very glad to have Macy's back on my radar.

No problems there, but I ask to go in, I'm a white man, and I'm then told that I can't take in the shoes with me. This place is racist and when I asked a different worker what is the point of having everything tagged and then also counted before going into the fitting room if you are going to pick and choose what potential customers are allowed to take what items to the fitting room? The response I was given was " I don't know man." I do not recommend shopping at this place at all. They have permanently lost any potential future business from me

Robert Z made it impossible to say no. Zero percent financing (seriously, who does that anymore?), delivery and taxes taken off during a flash sale -- we saved hundreds. The whole experience was low pressure, and he clearly knew his stuff. If you're on the fence about the price, just go sit on one of their couches. You'll understand immediately. We went from "just browsing" to buying the same day, and we have zero regrets.

Their process is to outsource this to a third party. I tried time and time again to get the mechanism delivered but their third party would never respond with a date and wouldn't return my calls. This has been so frustrating to try to get them to honor their warranty through their totally irresponsible third party that just wants to ignore their obligation! Honestly, I have a lot going on in my life to keep on trying to make them honor their warranty! Why is it so hard to get this fixed?? Why are you doing this to your customers? I've purchased several items from you but you have no loyalty back! I want my sleeper fixed! Be warned that this is the treatment you get from LaZ Boy Furniture!!
