Horrible customer service. I bought an expensive vibrator and when the cashier tested to see if it works (because they are LIABLE to sell WORKING products and there are no returns), I didn't see or hear it vibrate but I didn't want to accuse her of that so I thought if I tried it in my car on the property and it didn't work I could go back in and exchange it still. It in fact did NOT vibrate and would NOT charge and the sales clerk wouldn't give me a refund or exchange the product. Proceeded to raise her voice, take things personally, AND CONTINUOUSLY LIE THAT IT WORKED WHEN SHE TRIED IT. The manager was incapable of handling the situation. The situation being, me wanting some kind of remediation for GETTING SOLD A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT WORK. All because a worker couldn't tell the truth and I was assuming the best. read more

Used to be a great place when they had the arcade now its just another worthless overpriced shop. You can get better quality items online at a cheaper price. Without the arcade they wont last long. read more

Basically what you'd expect for an Indiana college-town smut shop, circa 2012 (sex toys, gag gifts, video arcade booths, DVDs, copies of 50 Shades of Grey that seem better suited for a suburban Target, etc). The porn is a little kinkier--12 shades, shall we say--than I expected, and I wonder if that's a development of the post-Bush years when obscenity prosecutions are on the wane, but it might also just reflect the tenor of our times, when heterosexuality has become representationally... complicated? The very pleasant and personable young woman working here dug up old VHS tapes from the backroom for me (nothing that quite fit the bill, alas, but still a generous gesture), and told me that the Craigslist posts vastly overstated the extent of the arcade-booth cruising. I hate this place! I went here with my fiancé five minutes ago and the man claimed he was going to check to see if the remote vibrator worked... I thought it was a joke at first, it was not! He proceeded to plug it in charge it for 3 minutes and talked to us about the charge life of it. I felt how he spoke to us made me very uncomfortable and I didn't like having another man holding and touching the vibrator I was about to buy! And at the very end he said before use register it for a 90 day warranty online. I thought the reason he inspected all of it was because there were no refunds or exchanges. Awesome super helpful and knowledgeable staff. A lot less selection than the website and I believe the prices are quite a bit higher most of the chargeable items are battery-powered in the store and none of the jelly products are scented in the store you can still get the Blush products on the website your websites really good the store is small but has a lot of really nice stuff. It was nice to have the opinions of people of different orientations on certain subjects I needed advice on and everyone treated each other with respect. The only downsides are that even if the staff doesn't hear you say you didn't want something, the won't return it even if you are still in the store... which is nuts! (Bc you rly shouldn't use these items in public, right?!) Lol. And the website is way way better. But they do have the most helpful and easy to talk to employees ever.
