It is apparent the owners take pride in this resort, and I would definitely return again on our next drive through the area.

The camp layout is interesting; it's set up as a lot of back-ins, which is all you'll see if you try to book online. I ended up calling instead since we were pretty close and since they weren't full, Thelma set us up as a pull-through spanning 2 sites. The only drawback and reason for 4 stars is the entire park gently slopes. You enter driving down hill and the hill just kind of keeps going through to the back of the park. We had a really hard time getting our travel trailer level in the gravel and eventually gave up and just settled with being a bit off kilter for the night. As far as the facilities, on the plus side they are definitely new and pretty clean. As an update to some of the previous reviews: the fitness center is set up and the game room is now open, with a pool table and TV. They may get shuffleboard soon. The club house is large with a full kitchen available to all guests. There is a laundry room with 3 sets of machines. One set was out of order but we used the other two and they worked great; decent size and everything dried without needing extra time. Note that the laundry is coin operated, quarters only, but there is no machine to convert bills to change; I was able to buy $5 worth of quarters from Thelma though. The showers are decent, but lacking shelving or benches or anywhere convenient to place your towel, clothes, etc. There's only one hook attached to the back of the door by an adhesive strip, which I didn't trust to hold my fold-out toiletry bag, and was too far away from the shower to put my towel, so I got creative with using the toilet seat and the accessibility handle bars. Overall, it's a new, clean, welcoming park, but there are definitely opportunities for improvement.

We tried to sleep through it. Finally at 3:00 am I requested the staff try to intervene. They told me that they had banged on the door several times already and the occupant would not answer(probably couldn't hear over the music). The staff would not call the police. They offered to move us to another room, but what good does that do when you have to get up and on the road in a few hours? We would have been even more awake at that point. Cache Valley Electric had a bunch of workers staying there and we confirmed it was one of their employees that ruined our evening. Even though the staff was accommodating, they didn't seem to want to do everything they could to get the noise to stop. I assume this hotel has a contract with Cache Valley Electric for workers that are out in the area and they did not want to involve the police for this reason. I won't stay here again.

I accidentally made my…read morereservation for the wrong day and upon arrival, Teresa, took my wrong reservation and applied it to the current day. This was above and beyond customer service. This was my mistake and Teresa took care of it. This park is really nice too. Paved sites with plenty of distance between. We chose back in and there is a lot of room for maneuvering your rig. The campground is spotless and the views are nice all around. Would definitely stay here again and a big THANK YOU to Teresa for going above and beyond!!!!

We went several mile out of our way to find this hotel. Other than that, I would call this a diamond in the rough! Yes lots of renovations going on by new ownership. But they weren't disturbing to us as we were passing through town. Breakfast was good with waffles, fruit, yogurt and more. Manager Denise is very enthusiastic about the renovations to pursue and was very accommodating. She was open to our suggestions for upcoming improvements.

The shower went from hot to cold what seemed like every time anyone in the hotel flushed.There wasn't even a blow dryer in the room. This place needs a lot of help.
