Staff was nice, building terrible. Finally got to the room: My fist thought was "I feel like I've seen this room on an episode of Cops" -Two hinges on door for easy breaking in to issue warrants. -Towel so rough I don't think I would use them to dry a car. - Shower was warm at best (should have used coffee pot to heat water). - Melted carpet in the shape of an iron on the floor. Window curtain didn't cover window fully and wasn't attached by all of its wall mounts. - Breakfast was a better selection at the dollar store. My last Days Inn was not a good experience either. Guess this is the way they are now. And I will never stay at Days Inn again.

She was incredibly rude to my husband and shook her head at him while he was filling out paperwork for us to stay the evening. He was less than thrilled. Our room was on the second floor, and the outside staircase was less than safe and sturdy. The first thing I noticed was the stain on the carpet, and the rust stains on the tub. The curtains didn't fully close, and any onlooker could easily see us, the ceiling had mold stains, and the basket with the coffee and soaps was soaked before we even touched anything... The air condition unit didn't work either. This place is not worth your time, or money.

I don't know where to begin. This is one of the most run down hotels I have ever had the misfortune…read moreof staying at. Unfortunately, I have business in the area and Holly (podunk) Springs, MS is in the middle of nowhere. I have submitted plenty of photos as a picture says a thousand words. DO NOT stay here or anywhere in Holly Springs, MS. Keep driving until you get back to civilization.

This is part of the e-mail I sent to the hotel after my stay here. See the pictures also…read more Owner/Management, How much would you pay to stay in a hotel with dirty washcloths, a patched up toilet that rocks backward when you sit on it, dangling wires from a missing fire alarm, blood or puke on the boxspring, yellow fitted sheets, open/no cover on the light fixture in the bathroom, and mold on the A/C unit blowing at you all night? I unfortunately was desperate to get out of the rain storm and stayed in your hotel that had all of these things as documented in the following pictures. I am demanding a full refund of the $60. dollars I paid on 4/3/2018. I did not stop at your office to deal with this issue as I was livid and it would not have been a pleasant confrontation. And when I checked in I was initially told you had a double room then a younger girl came out and told me she didn't have any doubles. When I told her I'd go somewhere else then, she instantly said she had a double available. I am dealing with you directly and if this is resolved immediately I will not post anything on social media that I am sure would effect your business. When I called on 4/10/20018 to speak to the manager (because i had not gotten any refund) her name was something Patel I couldn't understand her because she did not want to give me her name, she hung up on me then refused to answer the phone the next 3 times I called back. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!! See Tiffany's photos.

Americas Best Value Inn Holly Springs - Stairs to get up the second floor

Me and my family came here on short notice and we know and are aware that hotels or motels like…read morethese will definitely not be like the ones in the city. However I have seen a couple of small things that could change in order to make this a better experience for all of this if it is what the business wants. Such as providing better customer service and fixing some appliances. In the following I will be describing what my experience in this hotel was and concluding it I will apply what could be fixed. Me and my family came around 3 in the afternoon from a 16 hour road trip we knew hotels not around the city won't be best but compared to the other hotels in the area however this was our best shot we got 2 rooms. We decided to stay and after a while when the receptionist told us to wait around 40-30 minutes to get everything cleaned in both rooms they told us they would tell us when everything was clear for us to go inside. For around 30-40 minutes we at least expected the floor to be clean. The half of my party got in to their room easily, but I was struggling to get in. After walking around to see if there there was possibly anyone that could help I couldn't find anyone until my third trip around. When I finally saw someone that could help he opened the door and said it will be fine from there. Walking in, the floor was not swept dust was still around furniture but hey at least we got some free soap ! After going to my event we came home around 2 in the morning and I was still struggling to get my room opened if it wasn't for me almost pushing and shoving the door open I would have been sleeping in my car. I slept for a while until I started hearing a whole commotion outside again which I understand it's the other customers but I thought I'd add that in. In the morning while cleaning up my family staying in the other room stated how the room had a strong smell of Marijuana and how the walls were incredibly thin they could hear almost everything from the surrounding rooms. They stated how they heard me complaining about how there were no blankets and that I was so cold and how I was contemplating going to Walmart to buy a sleeping bag or some extra blankets, which I did end up doing if you're curious. Overall this experience was not really what I hoped for, you have to understand in small not as urbanized towns you do not have these 5 star hotels but a business can be selling the most horrendous item but what will get them to a 3 star is how they are with their customers. Customer service is what marks an experience which this place failed to have. A simple check up such as,: "I'll be here if you need anything," "here is the number to dial the front desk," or "try opening the door again to make sure it did work." These phrases can mark an experience which was something we did not receive. The following pictures are pictures I took after my visit after cleaning up a while. I did not use the shower or even enter the bathroom during my visit. The video is when I was about to leave still struggling to open the door from the outside with the key. Both of these rooms came out to be 103 dollars for this experience was definitely not worth it.

Hands down the worse place I've ever stayed in my 56 years. And I grew up poor. The lobby was…read moreclosed so we had to check in thru a night window where we were asked what date we booked the room. After he shuffled thru paper, he said ok and asked us to fill out a paper registration card. Both our key cards didn't work so we had to find him to get into our room. But wait, there's more, this "non-smoking" room smelled like it's been smoked in for the past 30 years. Removed the thin bedspread to expose a thin blanket with a few cigarette burns. Turned down the bed to expose a long black hair. Torn curtains, stained ceiling, haphazard furniture. And the tile in the shower actually moved when you turned on the shower. It was ready to collapse at any moment. Literally, there's more but I think you get it. If at all possible, avoid this motel. We booked late to attend the LSU Ole Miss game, every good hotel was booked and this had a 2.5 star rating on Priceline.
