I go to Love's frequently because they're consistently great no matter where I stop in the country. This location has the orse bathrooms I've ever seen at a Love's. They simply aren't scrubbing/cleaning them. Ever, it seems. They also have signs on half the coffee machines claiming they're out of order and it's pretty obvious someone wants less machines to clean. Which is funny given the bathrooms. read more

We pulled into this Love's with some motorhome repair issues. Taylor steered us to a spot and went out of his way to make sure that the repairs were taken care of very quickly. I would normally say that I only stop at Loves for fueling, showers and coffee. After the last few I've stopped at that may be changing. The Aurora Nebraska location is a huge disappointment. Stopped today and what a mess. New stock left on many of the aisles. Twenty minute wait for a shower when we were the only one in line. Three people standing around the registers talking and only one of them helping customers with a line of over ten people. And the coffee area was disgusting as well as the creamer machines were both empty. However, the lady cleaning showers was busting her ass. Won't be stopping here again read more

I refuse to believe that any positive human emotion or jubilance, let alone Love has ever manifested itself within the four decrepit walls of the Love's men's bathroom. Between the retinue of wrinkled losers having a powwow around the sink, to the illegally hot faucet water that must've been streamlined straight from Krakatoa, the Love's bathroom left me as a forever mentally (and possibly physically) scarred victim. I don't know that I have ever been overly excited about a truck stop, but I would much rather pull into one then just a gas station along the highway. I guess it makes me feel a bit more safe to have a ton of people around in a place you don't know. This location is easy on and off access to the highway. This has been the best Love's Travel Stop we have been to and we travel frequently by car. Everyone is so friendly. They were out of the yogurt parfait that my daughter wanted but they were able to whip one up in a few minutes just for her. They made her day. The bathrooms were also extremely clean and smelled great. Make this a must stop during a long trip for a quick stop for gas, food and a bathroom break. read more

On December 10th during winter driving caused by flurries we got a low tire pressure warning about 6 miles before this Loves. We drove there to try and get some air for our tires. They were kind enough to check our tire pressure and fill our tires so we could continue on our journey. All the employees we encountered were very helpful. read more

Love's and Pilot / Flying J are two large truck stops that service both giant big rig trucks and regular automobiles. When you come here make sure you follow the autos signs. If you go inside the truck side, you might end up in a portion where your small car is a hazard and probably causing an unsafe situation. So reading previous reviews, if you are too busy being an idiot and park on the wrong side, you might get yelled at because no one wants your car to be run over like in a monster truck rally... Love's always has a great selection of sodas and roller food, so it is a great place to stretch your legs. They also have decently clean restrooms, shower facilities, and tons of gadgets that actually are useful on the road. I love stopping at Love's vice other smaller gas stations since those smaller ones usually have 1 poor smuck working and the bathroom smells like an outhouse, and they might not carry your brand of drink. I have never had those problems at a Love's, they are large, have multiple employees working and cleaning, and a large selection of goods. This one has a nice little subway attached to it, most have some type of small restarting or fast food shop so they provide you a chance to refuel yourself in addition to your vehicle. Make sure you follow the signs, drive into the right section, and enjoy a decent place to get gas on long distance drives. read more

So I call to let him know I'll be a few minutes late so he bumps be because other drivers show up and now it's going to be several hours. so I have to wait till 3 pm so 6 hours for a mud flap. I will never call these idiots again. Amazing how shitty the service is here. Be warned this location has a major attitude towards drivers and we are the reason they are even open. so I will finish my laundry and move on down the road to another loves to get the mud flap fixed. read more

We ran out of gas 5 miles west of here at 5 am and the manager, Jason, didn't hesitate to take time out of his busy morning to drive out a gallon of gas to us in 38-degree, howling-wind weather so we could make it to the store and fill up. On top of that exceptional service, the place was very clean, despite being incredibly busy so early in the morning. The breakfast sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious to boot. When I went on February 5, 2017, they were selling two kinds of gas: "unleaded" and "unleaded plus." I gassed up with unleaded, assuming that it was cheaper. At every gasoline station I have been to in my life, unleaded gas is cheaper than unleaded plus, unleaded super, or what have you. Then, I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged $ 2.45 a gallon, when the unleaded plus was like $2.15 or $2.19 a gallon. I confronted the clerks. I told them that I think they are charging more for unleaded because most people will automatically choose the unleaded without reading the fuel price sign carefully. Furthermore, even had I realized that unleaded plus was cheaper, I would have been reluctant to buy it because my truck, like most vehicles, called for "unleaded" gasoline. The clerks refused to give me a refund. Extraordinarily, they said that "it is that way all over Nebraska." But I went to two other gas stations and it wasn't like that at either one. Although one clerk offered to give me a gift card, I would not accept it because I felt cheated. I will never patronize them again. I am also going to contact the Nebraska Attorney General, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. read more
