When I asked for them to reset it...well they forgot to do it, had to remind them a second time and then a new code apparently is reading . When I dropped the car off I came back from goodwill to see that they never took the car to the back. Guy apologized said he got busy... okay man (same guy forgot to let techs know to reset transmission light) so I wait a bit longer and basically they told me they need to order a new part for the NEW code that's being displayed on their code reader. They said they would call back and no one ever called back about ordering a part and getting our vehicle in. Our Ram truck has less than 20,000 miles and still on warranty. They are forgetful, delay in ordering parts and communicating with their customers . I'd rather drive to the Omaha dealership then put up with this one

I had a little trouble finding the service door, but Jesus spotted me in the lot and pointed me in the right direction. Anthony, Steve and Matt were incredibly helpful right away even without an appointment or any heads up that I was coming in. These guys truly know cars and customer service. Ryan and his team are very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. They have integrity in their work, and I can easily trust them. They have always done a solid job in a timely manner . On one occasion, the repair took more time than originally predicted because a part did not get delivered in time, and Ryan graciously offered to pay for a rental car for me during the extra days. Obviously nobody is happy when they need to get their car repaired (stress, cost, inconvenience, ect), but Sorensen's made the experience as pain-free as possible.

My dad and I were driving across the country from LA to NY when our A/C went out in Nebraska. After…read more2 hours of blowing hot air we knew we had to get it fixed because it was too hot, so I looked up Kim's Auto Repair and called the guy. He said he was busy but could take a look. After he inspected the A/C and did some tests, the A/C started working again. He really knows his cars and explained he thinks the switch to the A/C was getting stuck. He said we didn't owe him anything and we were on our way. Kim is truly a wonderful man very kind and generous. Kims auto repair service is just amazing!! Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Grand Island Nebraska! 10/10
