They offer better products, always have the better restaurants, I believe, and their prices are pretty low on those items; they're always courteous, kind, and never have an issue with LOVE, so if you are a trucker, I would suggest always stopping at Loves Travel Center. read more

stopped by for gas and a clean bathroom around 2am on hour 16 out of our 21 hour road trip and had to deal with the older lady who had just finished mopping literally the entire store giving us ugly looks for walking on the floor(there was literally no where dry to walk) on the way to the bathroom(which was disgusting) on our way out we started looking for snacks and she kept passing by making smart comments about next time locking the doors so no one walks on her floor after mopping. There was 4 other people who passed by the same floor and she didn't give them a hard time. your whole advertisement is the fact that you have clean bathrooms (which they weren't even clean) should probably focus more on cleaning the bathrooms vs mopping the same 4 aisles all night and complaining about having to do your job. read more

Stopped after a full day of travel at 5 PM on Sunday. I almost always insist on stopping at LOVES because they have a great selection, NOT TODAY! ice machine empty, both sides, hot food was scarce. Really wanted nachos. Opened the chips. Cheese was empty asked cashier l, she said, you'll just have to throw them away, I don't have time to refill cheese. Will NOT stop here again and we travel through Blytheville a lot. Very disappointed read more

We love a good road trip - maybe more than the next person but not as much as the person who's gone all in on a camper. Anyway, if you spend anytime at all in the car on long distance drives you know how important it is to find quality travel stops. It's got to feel safe, have clean bathrooms and the very best have cold water available to fill your own bottle. Loves more often than not fits the bill, at least in 2 of the 3 categories. This one not only checked all 3 of our want to haves, it also had friendly staff and fast moving lines. 10/10 would stop here again. read more

The water pressure is low and Luke warm at best. The staff from the gas station to the bojangles seem to be mad to be employed during a pandemic. The Petro's Chilli and Chips restaurant was a good switch up to the same ol' food on the road you usually encounter. Im giving it one star because it required to give something. Service was horrible. We tried to play the lotto. They require you to use the machine and it didn't work. this loves is the absolute worst location in all their chain. The bathrooms are overflowed toilets no good no one checks on the bathrooms. I literally told the manager a car, Kasian lady behind the counter she act like I was bothering her. I see why all the employees have bad attitudes because it starts from the top. The floors are not clean, it's just a mess. It's bad bad bad no hospitality training at all and I've literally been to thousands of loves across the United States and this one is the worst. read more

Very nice and clean. People are very courteous. This store is clutter free. No spills or messes. Prices are very competitive. This station has a few different places inside. The coffee and fountains are clean and wiped down. Everything is fully stocked. The parking lot is very well lit and free of potholes The bathrooms are actually very clean and nice. i literally just wanted an energy drink and i've never had an employee anywhere give me this much sass. the energy drink i wanted had a 2/$5 sale and the original price was something like $3.25 or probably not exactly but around there. i got charged $6.68 (including tax) but he was sure the coupon was on there but obviously i don't want to pay nearly $7 for a couple energy drinks. he honestly could have just admitted that they haven't updated the prices yet but anyway i put my card in and take it out then left and he was like "uh uh uh you haven't paid"- telling me to get back here and all that but i put my card in and it didn't charge me so whose fault is that? moral of the story: 1- update your prices 2- be respectful to customers because this man's attitude just got worse and worse. i asked my sister if she saw that the sign said 2/$5 and if she saw me put my card in and she said yes to both. i'm literally just a teenage girl do you really think i'm going to walk out with items without paying, let alone on purpose and in front of my mom and my sister? could have just said i didn't get charged yet without being so rude and i would have come back to put my card in again because it is really not that deep and it's really not that difficult to be respectful towards customers, trust me i fight that battle weekly in fast food, thank you.
