I found the shop and inquired about getting a tire. No new tire in the correct size. I was informed that they had a used tire in the correct size. I know...I know...never buy a used tire. I was hoping to be able to deliver my load, get home and replace the used tire. I purchased the tire. I made it 5 miles down the road and it blew out. Five miles! I wasn't expecting thousands of miles... Five miles... I contacted Hopper and sons to see if they would refund some of the money, like maybe half. I was met with a very rude person on the phone absolutely refusing to do anything to help. I'd recommend finding another "service" station, as Hopper and Sons really needs to work on their "Customer Service."
