Love the Love at Love's!!! The restrooms were immaculate. Love that the faucets in the sinks were old school where you can adjust the flow, the temperature and the duration. Love the variety of the sodas at the fountain. Love the dark roast coffee. It was strong and freshly prepared. Love that they had a mini telecom store inside where you could find any and every type of charger or battery. Love the entire team here. Five different ladies wished me a good morning while they were stocking or walking by. Love that there are three hotels within 300 yards for the weary ones who may need some respite. Love the Carl's Jr drive through which is part of this building . Love the app with 10 cents off per gallon. Best gas prices vs the other competitors within 70 miles on the I 70. Like the song from the great movie " Love Actually" - I feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my bones... Love is all around me....! read more

As someone who visits travel stops frequently with my partner (a traveling nurse), this Love's location in Burlington, Colorado easily ranks among the best we've visited. The entire facility was very clean! Everything looked well-maintained and taken care of, which makes a big difference when you're on the road for long stretches. They also have 7 shower stalls which is great if you are used to long shower lines. What really stood out was the staff! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and it made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to the Operations Manager, Cody Whitaker, who was super nice and helpful. It's clear that he and his team care about the people coming through here. If you're traveling through Colorado and in need of respite, this Love's is definitely worth the stop -- clean, safe, and run by great people. We'll be back the next time we pass through. read more

Consistently good! Every location that I've visited across the country is almost cookie cutter, and that's a good thing. You know what to expect. Bathrooms are not up to Bucees standards but they are better than most truck stops that I've been to. Large selection of food, snacks and other stuff. I've actually utilized the weigh stations several times for military moves and it is a very simple and inexpensive process. I recommend! read more

Have I mentioned lately how much I love Love's?!?!? Their stores are always very clean, well-stocked with a plethora of choices, and bathrooms are always plentiful and clean. I really like how there are buttons: red (frown), yellow (straight lips), and green (smile) for you to press when you are leaving the bathroom and provide feedback to staff. Terrible travel stop. The gate is left open all the time so basically anyone can come in. Our water doesn't work. Our sewer doesn't work. Their sites are too small so when it rains all of them for the most part get muddy. This place is a dump. We stay at a lot of Loves travel stops and will not be staying at this one ever again. read more

We stayed here for the night in site 11, a pull through. Wouldn't do it again. The paved site was caked in mud and the sprinklers made it impossible to get out of our trailer without getting soaked this morning. Big rigs cut the entry and exit corners making for a muddy mess. Not to mention the dog poop left by ignorant and lazy owners. read more

Great Love's! Passing through as I'm sure many check ins and reviews will state. If you plan to stop one last time before entering Kansas this is a great option. Brand new hotel adjacent also, get some rest and refuel the car! Snacks for days as I mentioned in my attached photos. Soft drinks. Coffee with plenty of cream and sugar options. About ten different hot items. Carl's Junior adjacent too if you're not a fan of gas station hot dogs. Bathrooms, the entire stop actually, newly renovated. Clean store and facilities always a plus when starting a marathon road trip. One cashier line but it moved efficiently. Clerk was friendly and the price for coffee was excellent. Eight pumps out front. On and off the interstate in a minute tops. Little traffic to worry about, BIG PLUS. Ten parking spots directly out front of the store. Air freshness and windshield wiper fluid. Water and lotto tickets within reach. The normal setup you love from Love's! read more

I love Love's Travel Stops. Since retiring, we've been doing more driving trips and vacations and I've come to depend on truck stops for gas, clean restrooms, food and other services. I particularly like the Love's truck stops (or Travel Stops). This one seemed relatively new and was clean, well-stocked and offered a variety of food options. In addition to the normal truck stop fare (roller dogs, etc.), this location also has a Carl's Jr inside. Fuel is always competitively priced and there are plenty of pumps so you usually don't have to wait. I love Love's Travel Stops. read more

Had the rudest cashier at 3:45 am! i stopped to get gas on my way home and realized i had left my wallet at home 45 min away!! But i happened to have left my venmo card in my jeep! so i had about 10 bucks for gas to get home and went inside to prepay and was met with a unhappy growl when i asked to prepay $9 on my pump ! after she rudly said the card declined i tried a 2nd time and she said it again declined to try a smaller amont so trying for a smaller amount it declined again so i checked my app and it showed that the first attempt went through so i showed Her my phone and she wouldn't even look at her register to check anything She juat stood there looking at it so thankfully my bro was with me and used his last 10 to pay! So calling i was told it would be handled. I myself have done customer service for 25 years and have never treated or received that kind of treatment! So thanks for the bad day that you made happen today now that you were rude to us!!! Is todays standards not higher when people are at someone establishment? No more fenced in dog area . I track and plan my trips based on all Love's stops with dog parks and according to an old review there was an area. Alas, no more. There was a post in a grassy area with available doggie poop bags but it's nice to let the dogs run and sit and eat outside while they get exercise. read more

Stopped in at 7:45pm to get a trailer tire repaired. Spoke to the guy working he said I'm working on one truck that he was almost complete with and has one other tire in front of me will be about an hour and a half and I'll have you in the bay. It's now 10:30pm and I'm in the bay but no work has even started. Won't be back to this location. Now I'm out of hours and nowhere to park at this location so I'm gonna have to go down the road somewhere to find a place to park for the night. read more

This is a fairly new Love's. It is clean, has showers and a fairly roomy parking lot with approx 80 spaces. There is a Carl's Jr inside. The staff seems to keep to themselves, not a lot of personality, but it was late when we went in at night and early when we went in the next morning so maybe they were tired/needed coffee. So clean!!!! Showers were clean and they give you 2 towels, bath mat and a wash cloth. There were no crew members standing around, they were all cleaning . The hot food area was being cleaned at 2:00am when we got there and again at 11:00 am when we were pulling out. The bathrooms were being frequently cleaned. We will never stop at another Loves again! After stopping to fill our RV with diesel we could not at the diesel pump without a corporate card. So my husband went inside to pre-pay and the attendant would not allow him to fill without a corporate card, even by pre paying. So if you have a corporate card this would be a great place to fuel. For the rest us not so much! Never again Love's, never again! read more

Got a very bad encounter with the restaurant assistant manager, Lori Meritt. We tried to use a couple of coupons for Carl's Jr, but she insisted that only one coupon per family, and acted very unprofessionally. The coupon clearly stated one coupon per customer. She's so ignorant, does not qualify to be a manager at all. read more

my hus band had eight o clock appt, for oil change, first off he had appt at four on 5/519. for some reason it couldn't be done. nice enough to be out on time as he has to leave town by noon. 9:15 still no one to change his oil. you know the truckers here in burlington, really don't have any where else to go for trucking service. it is nice we have someone. but then this kind of service. is it because we are local you think we are not on a time schedule. sorry, i bet he won't be back. from bates trucking. burlington, colo read more
