There is a dog park, Qdoba, Caribou Coffee, a super cute gift shop, a large convenience store, a large parking area/easy maneuvering for tow vehicles, lots of gas pumps that are fast, AND everything is SPOTLESS! It is so nice to have Caribou and Qdoba- very different from the typical fast food places at truck stops. Whoever rated this travel store sub four stars is kidding you! Holy moly does this place have everything. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, there is a Qdoba attached. If you're not awestruck by this highway funplex, browse through this 24/7 travel store's merchandise that would impress even the most formidable critic. Their postcard selection is also out of this world. Did I mention how clean their bathrooms are? Their selection of travel snacks would make you feel like you're at the Wonka chocolate factory. Anything is possible! Outside, you'll find a little something for everyone, places to park your camper, area to walk your dog, and even EV chargers for the battery dorks. I can say this because I drive a hybrid (four-cylinder). Oh yes, the gas. Every station works and prints receipts! I have never had an experience quite like this one. A place I'll never stop again. Gas prices listed wrong on the internet so I came here instead of stopping in Colby which was listed just as cheap. The fine print on the tall sign was small enough to disguise the fact that it was a price to hook you in. Once you start pumping and notice the discrepancy, you realize you got hosed. The people working were unhelpful and rude. The store was dirty and the bathroom filthy. Avoid this dump at all costs. read more

I recently took a trip across country to take care of my ailing father. We stopped every two hours at gas stations so that we could take a quick break gas up and switch drivers. I found 24/7 gas stations on my way and added those to my route. After stopping at the first one I found it to be much less than satisfying in fact it was in terrible condition. It is more like what you would have thought a gas station would be. The outside trash cans were overflowing. There was no liquid in the windshield wiper squiggies. It was an absolute horrible experience I can't believe that I gave them a second try and I found the second one to be in worse condition than the first. Safe to say that I will never stop at this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone peace J read more

Yes, it sounds disgusting...and yes...it WAS disgusting. But as a yelper, how could I NOT get chicken livers at a gas station in the middle of Kansas off I-70 when the opportunity presented itself? For those of you that make the drive from Denver to Kansas City often, you know which gas station this is. Note, if you happen to hit them towards evening, make sure they hook you up with a discount on their foodstuffs. Very dirty. The parking lot is nasty and the floors inside look like they haven't been moped in ages. The bathroom had flies all over and no soap to wash your hands. Luckily there were paper towels though and a few nice people holding the doors open. It's nice to see polite customers. read more

The past couple of times I have come here, the advertised gas price is not the price it shows on the pump.. Maybe there's tiny print somewhere that states that is the cash price, but it's just irritating. If you're going to broadcast a price to the interstate, that should be the price. Both times I have seen this, I got back in my car and went to the competitor across the highway, they have the correct price listed. I won't pay 6 cents a gallon more just because this place cant line up their numbers. You've lost a customer. read more

Stopped for gas yesterday and apparently all the card readers on one side of the pump islands were froze up. 3 employees sat inside watching me trying to fill up with gas and would not come on to the intercom nor stick their head out the door to tell me they were froze up, nor would the reset the pump when I pushed the pay inside option. When I switched pumps and got one that worked, after filling I went inside and asked if they knew the card reader on number 4 wasn't working. Apparently they knew this a frankly didn't care to share that with customers. The gal that we attempted to engage in a conversation with just gave my wife a face full of attitude suggesting it was outside her duty to communicate this to customers and that putting up a note on the pump was against store policy. Always stop here because not only are they competitive with their gas prices, but I always pay by check and save an extra .05/gallon! Friendly staff, clean restrooms. Awful. The management does not care about any issues that customers have. The general manager (Ryan Ray) who is there everyday Monday through Friday, will ignore any face to face complaints. He will hide in his office. When asked if I could speak to anybody else, he had his employees tell me there was nobody else. He didn't offer up any higher ups to speak to. In fact, he treated me very poorly, and I left with a sense that they do not value anything else but praise. He actually called me stupid, and a "lot lizard". Turns out that is a slang term for a hooker at a truck stop. I found that upon emailing the corporate store, Butch, the Vice President, could care less. He only responds with generic complaints about dirty bathrooms, and offered no apology. It's as if these people just gave up. I will be contacting the BBB because they deserve the worst rate possible. Especially when I was served raw chicken here. My kid almost ate it until I spotted it. read more
