We stopped at this Love's during our road trip since my husband always likes stopping at Love's locations. We were mainly here for a restroom break. One thing I found a little confusing was that the sign pointing to the restrooms was actually past the women's restroom, so I walked right by it before realizing I had already passed it. Once I found it, I was happy to see there was no line, and this location had quite a few more restroom stalls than the last Love's we stopped at. It was also much cleaner, which I definitely appreciated. I also signed up for the rewards program after seeing that you can save money on gas with cents off per gallon discounts. Unfortunately, the discount wasn't working at the pump, which was frustrating because saving on gas was the whole reason I signed up. My husband was getting impatient, so we decided not to mess with it and just paid full price. Hopefully, it'll work at our next stop. read more

Consistently good! Every location that I've visited across the country is almost cookie cutter, and that's a good thing. You know what to expect. Bathrooms are not up to Bucees standards but they are better than most truck stops that I've been to. Large selection of food, snacks and other stuff. I've actually utilized the weigh stations several times for military moves and it is a very simple and inexpensive process. I recommend! read more

Bathroom break followed by a quick nap in the Sprinter van despite the heat. This is a standard Love's with coffee, snacks, drinks and lots of roller meat options. Coolers full of juices and sodas, a cooler with grab-and-go snacks. I did not need any fuel today but the store shares the building with a McDonald's that has a drive through. Most folks seemed to understand that when they were lined up for the drive-through menu to not block traffic but others not so much. Restrooms were clean as was the parking area. This Love's is less Travel Stop and more standard gas station, which is no issues, but this is the smallest Love's I have visited. This location is right off of the highway, per usual for the brand, and features (12) standard pumps, (6) truck pumps, showers, a fenced in dog park and is connected to a McDonald's. The interior is your standard gas station with all the snacks and drinks for your trip including a coffee station, hot food/roller station and a fountain/slushee area. The Men's restroom was super tiny and half the urinals and one of the stalls were out of order. This created a back up with a line of 4 fellas hanging out waiting inside the restroom. I know these travel stops get used quite a bit with being located right off the highway and this Love's shows all that use! The condition of the interior is worn, stained and dingy...the exterior/gas pumps show the same wear and tear with cracked concrete, heavily stained areas and worn pumps. While it was in "meh" condition, the place was clean. Overall, disappointing for a Love's, but standard for a gas station. With so many brands and spots up and down this part of the highway, we will probably pop off on another exit on future trips. read more

Stopped here early in the morning to stretch and get some breakfast. They have clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The McDonald's was a bit busy and the food was only barely warm and the coffee wasn't even hot when it was served to me. The hashbrowns were almost dripping with oil so I pressed them with napkins. I gave the 4 stars for loves but I would only give this McDonald's inside 2 for quality of food. The gas station looked and smelled clean inside and out wasn't bad either. read more

Heading into Nashville and getting kind of late, it was nice to see this Love's location. Easy access getting off and back onto the highway. Station is large, as most of them are so that they have the ability to accommodate 18 wheelers and larger travel/moving type vehicles. Gas prices seemed to be in line with other places we had passed on the way here. This location also has a convenience market, as do all of the other ones I've been too. They have a much larger variety for sale. They have the usually snacks and drinks, but also have some food under warming lamps as well as last minute souvenir shopping to go along with stuff for the vehicle and some safety clothing (bright colors - coats, boots, etc). Overall a good clean location and I'd stop here again in the future. read more

Just a heads up, no matter what time of day or night, this place is always packed. Dozens of truck drivers, travelers, and families that live out this way. Customer service is always great and they have clean restrooms, showers, and a dog park. Sometimes navigating through the busy parking lot takes a minute, especially when the McDonald's drive thru is backed up. Always stocked with snacks, drinks, and more. read more

Love's is always a welcome sight when traveling the nations interstate highways. This one isn't the easiest to get in and out of and quite frankly it seemed as though they have not been keeping up with the area around the pumps. It wasn't as nice as I have seen at other locations. Maybe they are having staffing issues due to the pandemic and this isn't how it normally is. That said, I will continue to got to Love's as I find they are far better than most of the competition. read more

We try to get gas here while on hwy 24 heading up to Murfreesboro. Always seems have the best prices on gasoline. However, the last few times I've stopped there the pumps are packed with cars of people who run inside the store or Macdonalds. I wish there were signs at the pumps reminding people to be considerate and park their vehicle in front of the store or parking lot. read more

I stopped in to buy an umbrella, because we had plans to stop in Chattanooga on our way from Nashville to Atlanta on a very rainy day. No dice. There wasn't an umbrella for sale. So I got a dozen Love's shopping bags and wove them into a poncho. That didn't happen. But the rain tapered off enough by the time that we reached Chattanooga that we didn't catch typhoid or whatever you're supposed to catch when you get wet and get chilly. I call BS on whatever that is, because I'm wet and chilly every morning when I get out of the shower and I ain't dead yet. Anyway. Helpful folks, clean store, from what I could see. I had the worst a service every. The line was backed up to the coolers. Two employees standing talking. After waiting for ten minutes to buy drinks. I told a (mgr) older lady that the drinks are 2 for 3 dollars, I said I need to swipe my card. I told her I need to put in my phone number. She told me. We don't do that. So I told her to keep the drinks. Ans this place sucks. I have used my phone number so many times. That is why the shell across the street dose so much better. Loves is usually pretty good and one of the better places to stop on a road trip, but this one is horrific. I've been here a few times over the past year and every time leaves me confused why i didn't learn my lesson. They have been doing remodeling for what seems like an age, so the men's bathroom is a mobile home in the parking lot that provides an experience that no amount of hand sanitizer and therapy can erase. The women's bathroom is the old men's bathroom inside the pilot, so there are only three stalls and there is always a huge line, no matter what the time of day. Our visits here have never been less than 15 minutes, simply due to the horrible bathroom situation and packed pumps. read more

Bathrooms are very messy, trash everywhere on the ground and overflowing from the cans. The stalls are super small if you are larger than a size 10. The lady behind the counter was very kind however.
