We love stopping by Love's, but unfortunately, our experience today wasn't great. Alyssa was very rude to me and spoke to me with an attitude because my 2-year-old didn't have shoes on. I understand that being barefoot can be a safety concern, and I'm always responsible for my child, but there was a much nicer way to address the situation. It was a quick stop, and I was fully aware of the situation. I've seen people come into Love's dressed in much less, so it was frustrating to see so much concern over my toddler being barefoot for a moment. My issue isn't that she said something ...it's the way she chose to speak to me. There are always respectful ways to communicate with customers. read more

i don't have any complaints about the food or the store itself, but unfortunately, my experience with one of the employees was very disappointing. alyssa was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me over a buffalo chicken stick. i had taken a bite of one before paying, and when she asked how many i had, i told her i had two. which was the the one i had bitten and the one that was untouched. it's not like i was trying to take anything without paying for it yk. but the way she spoke to me and handled the situation was completely unnecessary. she was so rude and impatient that i had to physically show her both items outside of the bag just to prove what i had told her was true. i understand employees have to do their jobs and make sure things are paid for, but there is a respectful way to handle situations like this. her behavior was so immature, unprofessional, and disrespectful. i really hope management addresses this because customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or treated bad over something that could have been handled calmly and respectfully. so yeah. i have no issue with loves itself, but the customer service from this employee definitely affected my experience. read more

Loves is always great. Fully stocked, clean restrooms and good gas prices. The app always has good deals too.

The bathrooms are disgusting. They promote favoritism. They put their employees in harms way. They take advantage of their workers. The floors are ALWAYS sticky. This Love's is smaller than most. They still carry a decent selection of snacks, sodas, beverages and beer. Arby's is attached if you're looking for fast food. The restrooms and store are clean and the clerk was very friendly. The parking lot was congested but that's to be expected at Love's. read more

Brought our rv in to have tires rotated. Ended up they checked our brakes and dash AC (which we've tried to fix for over a year). Truckin' down the road and need to answer the call of nature or fill 'er up? Love's is a great place to do both. You can also have a snack, get cleaned up, and find a funky gift. The place is always clean and I have not noticed a lot of skanky folk hanging around, which can be a problem with places catering to truckers. The people working here are nice and things hum right along, so you can get in and get on your way. The fuel prices here are very competitive, so you won't feel ripped off when you fill up your push buggy with go juice. read more

Loves travel stop has plenty of well lit gas pumps for locals, travelers, and truckers alike. They have a huge parking lot (probably 7 acres) for truckers to use their down time, Weight scale, tire shop, and Propane for RV and motorhomes. Inside the store you will find a well stocked area with all the necessities you would expect in a convenient store and more. They boast a separate area full of CBs, radar detectors, televisions, small refrigerators, toys, gps devices, basic truck parts and much more for truckers. During the Christmas holidays this store is full of toys, and electronics. This seems like a truckers paradise. The store is always clean and the restrooms are as well. The only shortcoming I could find is the general lack of hot food. There is an Arby's next door, but I assume that truckers would quickly tire of that kind of food. Within the confines of the loves itself there are very few hot food options. That is the only downside of this store that I could find. Otherwise, it is a safe, clean area with plenty of room for travelers and truckers to relax. They even have a spot for your puppy to go potty. read more
