The worst, I know some people have no choice. Like myself my frustration regarding my recent experience at your facility today, 5-16-26 today which has left me quite disappointed. I arrived at around 5 PM 5-15-26 for a tire change. However, I was informed that there was a significant delay due to a road call. At 6 PM, I received a phone call notifying me of this delay, but as of now, it is 0800 5-16-26 and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. To make matters worse, I have observed that only one of the three bay doors is currently open, and no repairs appear to be taking place. This delay has caused me to run out of hours, and I am now unable to meet my delivery schedule. Additionally, I have an important return appointment tomorrow afternoon that I need to prepare for. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I expected a more efficient service based on your company's reputation, and I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for the delays and any possible resolution to expedite my service. read more

It's a busy travel stop off the freeway and a bit difficult to get into. The first pump I pulled up to was broken, and the bathrooms weren't very clean. Someone did say hi when I entered, but otherwise, the employees were very distracted. Not a horrible visit, but I've been to better Love's stops. read more

On our way back home after finishing our trip to Arizona, we made a stop at the Love's Truck Stop located at 45-761 Dillon Rd in Coachella, California. Conveniently located on I-10 at Exit 146, the truck stop was the perfect place to refuel, stretch our legs, and grab some snacks before continuing our drive. The location is super convenient, right off Interstate 10, and had everything we needed for a quick and comfortable break. We filled up the car, used the restroom, and grabbed some snacks. The restroom was easy to find, right near the entrance. The restroom was a bit messy but nothing unusual or surprising. It didn't have any strong odors. They offer showers for truckers and now also provide laundry facilities. The shop is stocked with all the usual essentials for truckers and travelers - snacks, tacos, hot dogs, and even a Carl's Jr. restaurant inside. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a pleasant and hassle-free stop at Love's Truck Stop. read more

Truck Care at this location has the worst customer service ever! I pulled in to get my new tire for my semi which was flat around 8:30pm. While I was checking in the security lady was harassing me because I was parked in front of the shop with my emergency lights on because there wasn't any space in the lot. I tried explaining to her that I was checking in and the girl at the counter had asked me to take pictures of the tire I needed to have replaced, but she kept telling me I had to move. Move where? Security lady stood directly behind me while I was taking the picture and yelling at me for what they asked me to do. The lot was full and I was already being helped at the counter. I ended up having to park at the casino about a mile away and told somebody would give me a call because they are busy. FFWD 6 hours later and I'm still at the casino at the back of the line because the girl at the counter went home at 11pm and never told anybody about me after she had asked for my number and explained that someone was going to call me. I called them back at almost 2 am and some guy answered and was acting like he was so busy that he couldn't answer my questions. Then why pick up the phone is my question? I asked for a manager and was given the same runaround. I usually support Loves but this customer service is horrible. Can I just get a tire fixed and some decent customer service? read more

Yesterday 5/26/2026 arrived @ 1330 to get a tire patch. I was told the wait was 1 hour then that turned it 2 hrs then got an update saying delayed due to road calls. I did not get out of there until midnight. Lost all my hours waiting. This location needs better management especially for evenings. Truckers need to get back on the road in a timely manner. We always stop here on our way out to the desert, and it never disappoints. This is the cleanest place. You could stop for a bathroom that I have seen on the 10 so far. They even have a customer rating button system to review the cleanliness of the restroom! The store has everything! There's a CARL'S attached to it that takes online orders, so you can grab and go. Truckers can shower here as well. The showers have their own toilets as well. They are constantly cleaning them! Every time I come in here, the employees scream hello and welcome. One time, I was even escorted to the restroom when I asked for directions. I wish I knew her name, but there is a dark haired woman with glasses who works there, and she does her job with such joy that it's inspiring! Kudos! read more

In particular this location had staff who were visible, friendly and professional. We were greeted upon entering and two people asked if I needed help as I was browsing. Restroom was very clean. This Loves appears to have an older infrastructure to it (dated tiling, layout, etc) but the variety, organization, and presentation of the product was spot on as always. Bathrooms were clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Slight ding on the rating for one of the ice machines not working and the point of sale inside having trouble with Apple Pay and chipped cards. The point of sale held up a few of the customers and ultimately opted to use cash than erring on another register. read more

Found myself on the side of the road out in the middle of nowhere out on the I10 Freeway past desert center late at night. I did not know at first who to call to help me with a flat tire on my 42' Freightliner Motorhome. Searches led me to Loves Truck stop, and I am glad that I made that choice. Considering it was way late in the night and the mechanic had to drive for nearly two hours... he repaired my tire and I was back on the road for under $400. The mechanic, Dominic Alvarado was so polite, curious and helpful. I will definitely use Loves again if needed. read more

I travel from East to West yearly and Love's is my favorite travel stop. They have never disappointed me until I get into this location. Really sad California. Worst ever. Guy in sitting in his truck in front of us while we're getting gas is literally reading a book. Finally gets out and goes to passenger side to read something on seat. Still hasn't pumped gas. We can't back up because of traffic behind us. We can't go around because car next to us won't start. I ask the guy in the truck if he can move forward so we can leave and he basically refuses as he walks in to the store . Says he needs to go to the bathroom. Husband talks to management and they tell us to back out, don't tell guy blocking us to move. He finally comes sauntering out and I tell him he needs to let us out. Then two cars next to us ask why we're harassing this guy and one threatens us with a windshield cleaner on a pole with two hands overhead and tells us he's "Gonna take us out." Then the lady whose car won't start comes over and starts lecturing us to quiet down. So now it's three groups surrounding us with one guy swinging a pole at us, thinking I guess we're needlessly harassing this guy who has blocked us in for twenty minutes and STILL hasn't gotten his gas. Loves management knows this is happening and is nowhere to be seen. We finally get a break in the traffic behind us, back out and get the heck out of Dodge before we get beaten up by an angry mob. Will never go to any Loves ever again. Don't expect any love at Loves. The worst. And don't expect management to help. They won't. read more

First timer here i cannot day how blessed and lucky we are to have been able to use the restroom here as well as sticking up in road snacks and gas. Let me say that the restrooms are immaculant! They had a woman in there cleaning as we were using them. Likewise for the men also I seen this other employee wiping down the doors periodically. They all were wearing masks and gloves. We made a quick pit stop here to grab snacks, and gasoline. The inside of the convenience store area was clean and well organized. The staff at check out were very friendly and got me checked out quickly and efficiently. There is even a pet relief area located on the east side of the building. It was busy with two other pet owners there, so we walked our labs into the open desert north of the main area. Very dog friendly location outside here, a great stop over spot if you are traveling I-10 west or eastbound. The only knock for me during my visit was the cleanliness of the restroom area. There was a lot of toilet paper (clean) and overflowing trash cans in the restroom. Not a big deal at a roadside truck stop, but worth noting if you want to grab that elusive fifth star. We will stop back if traveling this route again for the snacks and friendly staff. read more

It's a one-stop shop for professional truckers, Fleet customers, and regular travelers alike. For truck drivers, there's a service center, which offers truck tires and light mechanical services. The convenience store carries snacks, beverages, automotive supplies, essentials, cell phone accessories, calling cards, and gifts (i.e. jackets, backpacks, jewelry, and stuffed animals). Their amenities also include an ATM, private showers, an RV dump, overnight parking, wireless internet, and copy & fax service. If you want more than just light snacks for the road, head over to their Carl's Jr. and get some burgers and such To Go. I came here twice for a quick restroom break going in to and back from L.A. It was packed every time I went, and their parking lot is fairly small, so it made for an over-crowded situation. It's not a good place to chill or rest. The restrooms were decent, but both times I went they were out of paper towels. As for the gas, it's on the higher side of the pricing scale. If traveling into CA from AZ, I suggest filling up in Quartzsite, AZ, where the prices are @ $1.50-$2 per gallon cheaper. If traveling from CA, I filled up in Santa Monica, CA, and would've made it back to Quartzsite on 1/2 tank if the bridge hadn't collapsed on the I-10 eb. For my fellow ice connoisseurs, they have crushed ice here! Crunching on ice keeps me awake on road trips, so I'd certainly come back for the ice. read more

I've used Love's locations all over the USA. They're consistent and they have diesel, which is something my Volkswagen needed. Now, that I'm using gasoline, I'm seeing some weird mpg results, depending on the station. In any case, I like stopping at Love's and if I wanted something to eat, they usually have something good to go. Filling up was fun, as usual, except that I didn't have to go around the pumps twice, as I did when I needed diesel fuel. Naturally, the pump's card reader didn't like my card with $200 free balance, either as a credit card or debit card. It was fine last night. I went to pay cash and the attendant said that he would put a note for them to check it. It's not the first time I've seen this happen. In Ripon, CA, they did a complete shut down of the electronics of the pump and restarted it. I'm just...lucky, that's it. Once the tank was full, I pulled to the side, got my change and receipt, checked the restrooms, which were very clean, and went looking for the Salton Sea. read more

Loves is one of my go-to spots anytime I have to make a stop road tripping to California. The restrooms are always clean and stocked full of the necessities. The Employees are friendly too. If stopping in the evening, the inside and outside are well lit. This is important feature for me. Loves is a popular stop for Truck Drivers to rest too. This is a fascinating affair for my Toddler whom could watch Semi-Trucks gas up ALL day. When traveling with little kiddos I will mention that the station has some pretty awesome and possibly hard to live without trucks and toys. We left with new stuffed Whale from Finding Dory. Pick pick your battles! Loves is attached to a Carl's Jr if you need a burger fix. However, the station itself has some healthier options. My family was able to find some Turkey and cheese whole wheat pita sandwiches, raisins, and some fresh fruit. read more

I definitely understand the yelper who mentioned the slow ladies at Carl's JR! They ignored my husband and me for 5 minutes before even acknowledging us! There weren't many customers in there, and the wait was long! But yes, the cashiers in there were pretty rude. As for the store itself, the restrooms were like most Love's.. Except they did not smell as bad, so that earned a star! The cashier Sally was really cool! Did not get a chance to shower at this location so I can't really comment there! All and all, it wasn't so bad and convenient since our drop location is in Ontario, and all those darn truck stops make you pay for parking! That's California for you! read more
