Stop Yelling welcome to your store when people walk in! The customer in front of you doesn't want you yelling in their face. The person walking in the store doesn't want you yelling at them. We stayed at Kingsville Tx rv stop. We were pleased with ease of check in and cleanliness of site and store. Why they get 1 star is customer service and knowledge of amenities. The cashier and manager both tried to charge for rv dump even after we stayed 3 nights. Only after bringing email proof of free service did we get satisfaction. Loves rv will be a last choice for us for a long time. read more

Just moved to Comfort Texas went here to get my propane bottles filled on 10/20/2024 when I ask the lady at the counter if I could get them filled she gave me a screw you look then called someone and told me to go outside and wait I did for 20 minutes no one came. Bad attitude poor customer service well I will not be going to that Loves or any Loves. read more

I generally prefer a Pilot or a Flying J, but Loves offers the same convenient store items. It's geared around truckers, but it makes a great stop for travelers as well. This location had a Subway, as well as a McDonald's. read more

Rv-ing from CA a to FL stopped here on 12.28.22 @330pm. Busy busy busy then traffic slowed down. Given the amount of people stopping here bathroom is clean. Lot sis stalls and sink. Service is quick and pleasant. Refilled our propane for the RV. Will make this part of our travel route. read more

Bathroom was ok on New years eve. I have seen them worse. But my big question is although a dog park is a great addition. You can't use it without stepping on dog poop. Looks like its never cleaned. So being unable to use it makes it a moot point. So why go the the trouble of building it in the first place? Must smell terrible in the summer! Never in my life will I understand people who are so filthy and not responsible enough to clean up after their animals. Its pretty disgusting. read more

Always a pleasant experience at Loves. They got the best restroom set up other than Buc-ee's, which I've only seen in Texas. You can't count on most Loves to have some sort of food chain inside of them. Chesters and Subway are the most common pair ups I've seen with them. read more

While a bit pricier than most gas stations, it is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They have multiple coffee flavors, a hot roller grill, a Subway, and a McDonald's that are also open 24 hours. I needed some help this morning and Larry was more than happy to help me. He was courteous to everyone and made me glad that he was the clerk this morning. I went for a chili dog and while the meat was not the best it was definitely filling. Quick and easy meal. read more

This is the worst love I have ever been the guy incharge at night has no clue about where the tireshop employess are . All he knows is there are on call from 11 pm and its been 4 hours he has not returned back .. I mean I have a flat and am supposed to deliver an urgent delivery and the guy is clueless . First and last time coming to this gas station!! I tried using my card and it decline. Then my husband tried using his card and it went threw but then we found out that they tried taking $125 and $75 put of his card. So then both cards wore blocked and we had to call it in to cancel them because of fraud. Luckily we had cash on us for the rest of the trip. So if you are ever passing by that Gas station think twice before stopping there. read more

Something is wrong here and it's only getting worse. We've stopped here numerous times over the last two years and today was the worst I've ever seen it. Everything was a mess. Garbage everywhere. Coffee area was a mess. No creamers refilled. No signs saying "sorry out of creamer" so garbage was filled with half empty cups. Teenagers were racing the cars around the parking lot. We didn't feel safe. read more

Stay away from the shop! The store is just fine as most loves are. Showers were clean, food was good. Customer service from the store employees was good. The shop is a mess. I had a simple air leak they said they can fix quickly once they got the parts. They said it would take about 1.5 hours to get the part. 5 hours later the parts runner still isn't back. I should have left when the manager was calling his friend to ask him how to fix it. The kid that changed the part did a horrible job. Bent air lines, left bolts out of the headache rack and broke a bracket that supported it. After all that it still wasn't fixed. The part he changed wasn't the problem. They said they would get the correct part the next morning first thing. I checked with them about 9:30 and they still haven't gone for the part. They said they couldn't find it. I started making phone calls and in about 30 minutes found it. At That point I cut my losses and went to where the part was and had them fix it. I will never have a loves shop fix anything on a semi truck ever again. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a negative. read more
