Place is advertised as a resting spot for 18 wheelers and cars, but they have security there following the general managers request to not allow cars to sleep there. I was just here last weekend and slept there just fine. Maybe it's because I actually used the spot for what it said I was allowed to do? Not sure. I would purchase gas and snacks and would keep to myself. Will not be back even for just food/gas. read more

I booked a shower in the App was number 22 then I came to the counter to the cashier and took the second recipe for the shower for my co-driver and there was number 14 I did not pay attention and when I returned to the car I only realized that I was given an already expired recipe with the number 14, then I went back to the cashier (she was a black girl with red hair) she was very rude, I wanted to ask the question, how is it possible that she gave me a recipe with the number 14 which was already expired, she lifted her chin with the appearance that she did not even want to listen to me, and was rude every two words I did not allow me to ask her a question, also asked what I wanted from her? Without letting me finish my question, that is, she did not listen to me at all, then her friend / colleague, also a black goose, approached, who mockingly began to talk to me, saying that he did not understand what I wanted from them there, they did not replace my shower! Looks pretty clean compared to other stores. Truck driver man seems to be refueling the gas station. So I'm sure they keep stock up, Overall this location looks decent. I think it's pretty cool that carls junior is right next door! Defiantly grabbed my attention to stop here. Only recommendation I'd have would be to not allowed the homeless to harass and beg you for money. read more

This is the worst Loves in the country. No laundry. Short staffed. Staff is rude. Tiny parking. Only 3 showers. Pass by it. We stood in line for 5 Minutes at Carl's Jr to get breakfast because they're short staffed. Got to the counter at 10:31. They would not serve us breakfast. Do not bother stopping. read more

The loves in texas down the I-35 need to have better up keep, showers have no pressure, random pumps dont work have to go inside to pay, shop machines dont work have to go to two different shops to get one thing done. Came here to simply get some gas. It's your typical gas station. It's got a great access to the highway. Prices here are fair. This place gets tons of traffic too and it can get really contested. All in all its a pretty average location. read more

Rude security guard with hard on for bullshit. I just got off a late shift at the hospital and went to Love's before driving down to Houston (I'm still in their parking lot). I'm walking down the beverage aisle and the security guard yells (while grabbing his belt) "ma'am, no beer. Hey, ma'am no beer" I tell him I'm just browsing, I have no beer in my hand nor have I reached for any. I'm just seeing what they have there because I live close by now and would like to know what they carry instead of driving out of my way for alcohol. He turns away and starts walking down the aisle, keeps circling around me from aisle to aisle, and makes it uncomfortable for me. I just grabbed a soda and chips and left. I will just wait to stop at Buc-ee's instead. They should really change security teams and not choose the guy that is obviously compensating for short comings. I used to make sure my pass through Dallas included a stop here for Carls Jr. but healthier food choices have dictated that I go elsewhere. I like this truck stop. It's very convenient. It's got a small parking lot can't do really much. If only they extended it. They do not have a mechanic shop. Only a Carl's Jr. Three showers only available. They do their best at keeping up with everything. The staff is very courteous. They do have packaged sandwiches but no salads. They have a lot of good sugar treats. They have deals with the fruit cups. You buy 2 for $6. So that's not bad and two hot dogs for $4.44. The managers there are also try their best to get things done. Do not leave your vehicles unattended for to long. Always make sure you park your truck in a parking space and not at the pump especially while showering or else they will tell you that you have to move. Just be respectful of all truck drivers trying to pump gas. It's a great place to do your quick shopping and get your gas done and move on. Thank you loves! read more

Worse Loves in the history of all Loves on God given Earth I have ever been to. Staff is rude. Security guard is rude. 2 hour wait for showers. Loves should consider putting a time limit on people using the showers. No reason why you should be able to be in that shower for 1hr+ it also will help staff because they will know when they have to be there (every 30-60 minutes) to clean rather than randomly having to go clean the showers (10 minutes later, 26 minutes later, or 2 hours later) when they probably have other things to do. I could tell the girl Ashley was TRYING to keep a smile on but she looked overwhelmed. I suggest they get new management and time limit the showers. read more

The bathroom is a bit dirty but that's because the traffic is pretty high in there. People with low tolerance on the germ factor may want to avoid. This gas station has been a staple of mine for the last 7 months because of work. It's one of the few places you can get CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) for your green vehicles if you are on the south side of I-20 and not near Downtown Dallas. The ladies that run the cashiers are really sweet and always greet you and add a smile to your face when you come in. Truck entrance on one half of the building and then non-commercial pumps and parking on the other. Trucks tend to park on the street south of the gas station so it can get crowded, I've seen police come shoo them away from time to time. There is a Carl's Jr, that I haven't been to and don't plan on visiting, here. It's your run of the mill truck stop but it's been my default. read more

It's a truck stop what do you expect. It can be clean 100 percent still will get dirty high traffic area for truckers and commuters.

The employees at this truck loves location are really rude. They have no time for customers I seen it on several occasions during my overnight stay. Not to mention they are all almost completely clueless when it comes to devices they offer. You ask one they don't know you ask another they have know idea and you'd think the manager would know? Nope! The bathrooms are disgusting. The showers are also filthy! I literally watched the manager clean the shower I was going to use he left the door open so I had a good noisy view he used the dirty towels on the floor to dry the floor off set a new floor mat down and a clean towel and wash cloth on the sink and shut the door. I figured he would go back in with a mop at least but I was wrong. I'm guessing loves just figured for the small size of this location they are way over their expected profit margins so everything must be going really good! WRONG LOVES your showers have black mold!!! Get your locations professionally cleaned!!! For the amount of money you guys make the least you could do is hire a decent professional cleaning service to take care of your bathrooms and showers on a regular basis.
