Don't get me wrong - I love Buc-ee's and have gone out of my way to visit their locations. But they don't have the cheapest gas and so I will save my "Warning! Range!" idiot lights for a Love's because they're almost always competitive with their neighbors but they also offer a 10¢ per gallon discount with your Love's app. We'd already had dinner so we skipped the attached Wendy's and we didn't need to go inside for snacks this time. The outside was clean, free of trash and all the equipment at the pump worked fine. While the 20+ gallons of gas was flowing, I took the time to clean the windshield with their extra long squeegee sticks. Five stars for this Love's and I'll continue to patronize this great chain. I don't usually leave reviews but that Wendy's is making it happen. I don't even usually like Wendy's but today march 21st about around 1pm. I had the biggie bag and loaded baked potato. The lady, I think was manager and the other dude had great customer service and lots of people and food cooked to protection. Wouldn't ask for anything else from a fast food joint. I had a tire blow out as luck would have it within walking distance of this loves. I had just used my carjack for a home project and forgot to put it back in the car, because of course I did. An employee got permission from his manger to come help me put my spare on with the jack from his car. He didn't have to do that and neither did the manager. I'm grateful for the kindness of their team. read more

arrived here at 7:00 PM talk to some lady wearing a cowboy hat saying it was OK to park where I was at so I put in sleeper mode and went to sleep like normal 12 o'clock comes rolling around some chick named. Vicky told me to move because I was in an " restricted zone" and there were beside me went said risk it or not had no time so I came back out at 2:30 told me to move or else I was gonna get the lady was very rude and unprofessional and not understanding in the slightest. to avoid this spot overnight. read more

This is our usual stop for gas and a drink / snack on our days off. It's convenient, fairly clean, and good prices. There's a Wendy's attached with a drive thru which is a nice addition. read more

Diesel pumps are barely working been complaining for weeks now nothing changing. Be prepared to spend over a half hour for diesel.

Friendly service! Big selections of cables and cords, air fresheners and other bits and bobs that you might need/have forgotten to pack. They have fruits for a healthy snack choice. Tons of candies. Fountains drinks, frozen drinks, and all of the typical items you'd expect at a station. read more

Came to Loves ,use restrooms very clean no problem. Went to the Wendy's no problem. Went to the service to get a tire plugged And change another one. We were told it would be about an 2 hours wait. Of course we waited. Tried back in 2 hours. The man said, Not ready yet. It would be about 45 more minutes. No problem we waited. And to make sure they had our phone number right to call us. Because,they said they would notify us ,and we were next. Needless to say they never called us and they just closed. Without ever notifying us at all. read more

Awesome place always consistent and has a lot of good quality items to buy thats needed for the road. Anything from a quick hot dog Jalepeno sausages to pizza for the on the go driver. It handles both rigs and four wheelers. Best thing I can think of when I think of Loves is the coffee. A master blend of coffee mixed in with I think an increase in caffeine. Perfect to get started or if you are on a long trip. Consistency is the key. Never came across a bad Loves. read more

after now stopping here a few times since it's opened up and being here for 3 days because a slow Freight due to Coronavirus.. this love just one of those ones that could be touch-and-go it's kept quite clean for the most part. like any other Love's though it does have a Wendy's not owned by them that they for lease out it does have a godfather's Pizza Express and Subway like a lot of the loves do. they are staffed by the Love's employees. surprising here though this is a fairly new facility and they don't even have the bean-to-cup coffee it's the regular coffee pots... ever since covid 19 though places that used to have pigsty bathrooms are definitely doing a good job of keeping them clean I only wonder if those sanitary extra times are going to stay... they do have a shop like most loves do for Big Truck service. felines are fairly clean I did take one shower here after 2 days I paid 12 bucks for one and had good water pressure it was clean. parking could be a little tricky because you're so close to Dallas just like the TA on the other side of the interstate a lot of traffic at all times of the day parked and in and out.. they are getting some newer amenities they got a new cooler with more refrigerated perishable stuff like some places have they got beer decent selection... all-in-all just a straight across the board average loves nothing that stands out nothing that falls under. read more

i was there around 10 am. they told me wait 4 hrs after 4 truck your turn so i go back around 2:30 pm. still they keep telling me 3 truck need to be done. wtf they all lazy ass they just keep on talking and wasting time. Definitely one if the best Loves Travel Center's. Very nice employees, clean restrooms, clean showers, did i mention, i will again, friendly employees. Clean loves, smaller size parking for truckers make sure to come early if you need parking space, has three different dine in foods. Subway , Godfathers Pizza, and Wendy's. I pressed the button at least 6 times when I weighed my semi truck at the cat scale. Nobody answered. I went on in and nobody was at the front desk. The shift leader Michael came in and told me to move my truck off the scale but was unapologetic and rude the way he talked to me about it. Not a good experience. read more

Came to subway with both of my sisters with 3 coupons (1 for each of us) the assistant manager Maggie Guillory had an attitude from the moment we walked in. She told us that we can only use 1 to which I replied we're making separate transactions. She then proceeded to give us dirty looks the whole time and give smart remarks. While I was telling the other associate what vegetables were going on another sandwich she asked what meat on the second one and says "Hello, what meat is on this." while moving her hands around instead of waiting until I was done talking. While we were checking out the card reader was not working and I removed and inserted the card multiple times, I told her that it says not to remove the card she replied, "Well I'm not over there to see it so." I then had to use Apple way to purchase my food. She did not give me any receipts and when I asked she huffed and rolled her eyes. Very disrespectful and did not have any manager like qualities. Assistant manager Maggie Guillory needs to be fired or moved down and learn to be respectful!!! read more
