I usually do pick-up, this last year we have had numerous instances of not getting what we ordered, missing condiments, cold food, over-cooked food and the staff doesn't seem to understand their own menu. I tried talking to the kitchen manager Virginia. She became super defensive and actually blamed us for not being clear on our orders. I pointed out that if their are questions, they should clarify as we travel 15 miles to get to this place. She told me that we need to order off the menu. When I pointed out we did, she told me that was the wrong menu....how am I to know that? There are not dates and times on the food in the warmer and this has gotten us a few times. We have also noticed open toed shoes in the kitchen as well as a baby in a car seat, sometimes walking. An employee was carrying cooking oil and fell recently while using a poorly maintained walkway to dispose of the oil. She got frustrated with our complaints about the lack of quality and told us not to order there anymore. Wow! Needless to say, we will be taking her advice, If I were the owner of this place, I'd look at making a few changes before its too late.

At first I wasn't really excited about the place when the gas pump kept shutting off. The handle Wednesday squeeze so I kept having To squeeze it. I finally gave up after a few gallons and just called it quits. The clerk Barb was really nice. She greeted me when I entered and thank me when I left. I still can't get over how big and roomy this gas station was.

Had I spent more time there, I am sure I would have walked out with a birthday present for my mother in-law or mom! Additionally, there is an Arbys (with a drive thru) and Godfathers housed here. She asks several coworkers what to charge, rings it up at $2.99 for the iced coffee then another $2.49 for an iced coffee refill. I said WOW, I've never been charged that much at other locations, she says there's 6 more ounces in those cups so you have to pay the refill price because a large is only 24 ounces. I brought my own cup so I basically paid for a cup & 48 ounces of coffee but only got 30 ounces of coffee...what's wrong with this?? Next time I'll tell you it's a soda refill!!

I have been down and out, and his kindness and compassion helped me see the light. He's able to do this all while efficiently making a positive impact on me as a customer, but able to continue to provide quality prompt care to all. One time, I even forgot my wallet. And he offered to pay for my items. There are angels here on earth, and if you're lucky enough to visit this Kwik star at night... you may just come face to face with one and his name is Ben! I have been to many other Kwik stars and trips. And I assure you, only at this one...as long as Benny is there. They will be seeing me soon.

had two run-ins with a wyt male employee, behind the counter. the first one was following the…read moredebate between shitler and joe. another client was mocking my president... i let him know i didn't share his ideas, in a not so kind manner. the client realized he had not known his audience. however, the pink male behind the counter, stuck up for his kind and let me know that i "sounded like an angry woman"...like that's a bad thing! we had words, i told him to just do his job and take my money...he added, 'do you kiss your mom with that mouth?'...and a few other typical quips made by these pink males who are extremely threatened by women. it's all on camera...i am not ashamed. then, last night, 5:30pm, thursday, this same pink male looks at me waiting in line, finishes with his client and says, "sir...i mean, ma'am...or sir, ma'aam"...i don't know..." to ME! that's sexual harrassment and the woman who was waiting on me apologized for his behavior. he walked behind her to leave the checkstand saying, snarkily, to no one in particular, "she doesn't like me." about ME! A GUEST! They said the money will go back on the card and need to repay. We didn't have any more money at all. It takes my card 3 to 7 days to refund. We we stuck in Osage and needed to get home in Lyle about a half hour away. The girl working named Amy didn't know any of that. She just knew that we were trying to get the money to go back on the card but were failing big time. She paid $15.00. Because of her we could get home! She did not need to do that but she did! How amazing is this woman? I appreciated it so much! We offered to bring her the money back but she said just pay it forward! Amazing! Simply amazing women!
