My first stop on my annual spring trek north and I'm going to have to go with the opinion of the majority of the reviews and go with 3 stars. I've never been to a Love's where every coffee dispenser was either out of order or empty - except for one, and that one only had one flavor that I wasn't a fan of. The inside has the usual convenience store items and they also have a Hardee's if you want something more substantial. We always make a point to stop at loves because they are large, clean and staff our friendly. First, the customer parking was full but its small so who is actually parking there? There alot of road construction by the station so I suspect its the construction workers. So we had to park in staff only parking. This is a very small Loves and the bathroom and store are not very clean. We left and went down the road to the shell which was much better. read more

Pros: eats and bathrooms Cons: the dirtiest bathrooms we've ever had at a Love's. Typically bathrooms are clean at Love's stops, but both bathrooms were dirty. Mine smelled strongly of urine in the stalls and the toilet paper holder was broken so I had to worry about getting toilet paper while trying to make sure it didn't fall off. My hub's said he was surprised at how dirty his bathroom was too. This was our first time at this location -all other locations have been great to date thus far. read more

It's coming up to 6am and I'm stopping here for my first coffee of the day. I had no trouble finding parking in the auto area for my Sprinter van. This early in the morning, you can see that there are a couple of vehicles here that spent the night. That's not generally allowed but it seems to have been okay this time. No trash in the pump area and inside, clean. The coffee area was stocked and the fixings area was tidy. I was able to select a cup, fill it, add creamers and a few ice cubes. The one young lady who was working the counter was just coming back inside from some sort of errand and she told me that my coffee was on the house. This place is an old favor of mine a common stopping point headed north and it's got showers and plenty of pumps and Truck parking and Hardee's inside there you can grab a bite to eat and a bunch of truck supplies and random shit. It's amazing. read more

My family stopped by here to stretch our legs and take a potty break. The gas pump area is very busy. There were lots of people at this stop. The woman's restroom was clean. There were five stalls. The sink counter was clean and had auto paper towel dispensers. Inside the store were the usual convenient store items. Refrigerated drinks and snack items as well as warm food. There was a Hardee's attached if you want warm fast food. It was one of the cleaner Love's I've been to despite the amount of people. read more

I like this love's spot because it has an expensive gas that is east of Tallahassee. There are numerous gas pumps and available parking to go inside the convenient store. Inside the convenient store, there are a few eateries, a subway and other foods that are always supplied at pilot travel centers. The restaurants here are generally clean and while there are not a lot of stalls in the women's restroom, I've never had to wait for a stall when I stopped here. the time that we ate at the subway here the workers were friendly and they fixed our food in a clean and efficient manner. I'm sure I will return or remember to stop at this location when I travel interstate 10 again. read more

I've actually stopped by this Love's multiple times on the way from and to Orlando and I noticed it immediately when we stopped here to pump our gas and have a bathroom break. It's your typical Love's -- they have bathrooms, showers, plenty of convenience store style goods and there are plenty of gas pumps. Not the cleanest gas station but it is in no way dirty at all. There is also a Hardee's connected to it (I swear it was something else before..) but considering that I stopped by this location before, I think it's conveniently located off of a highway. 10:15pm on a Saturday. Usually a I prefer to stop at a Love's if there's one available, but this one is awful! All of the trash cans at the pumps, and all of the ones in front of the store, are absolutely overflowing with trash. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. There's trash all over the parking lot and on the ground at the pumps, just loose all over the ground. It's like they've never heard of taking it out. This truck may not be the cheapest in the area of Lake City but it provides the convenient to the travelers. It has over 18 pumps which make it not wait on the pump. I did not see any security towards the pump. May be they hide it so well. The convenient store is big. It has big restrooms and a fast food. It has a Hardee's that you can pick up some food on the go. This is truck stop which means they have truck service behind it. It is the brand new gas station in the area. read more

Well, everyone is asking me now how I like being a truck driver and how is the true over the road. It's hard to find a good truck stop to get updated amenities to at least shower at. So the deal is if you fuel 50 gallons you take a complimentary shower which is good for 14 days. But somewhere in that sentence complimentary turns into $5.89 per gallon X 50 gallons = $294.50. My truck holds 200 gallons of fuel which now equals $1178.00. That's a lot of money for a fuel up just to get a free shower at the end of the day. Showers normally run $15.00 if you choose not to fill up at Loves, Pilot or TA travel stop. I get really good places 95% of the time I do not have to complain. But every now and then I will voice my opinion to corporate if it's anything less than a typical hot quick shower. So once again I cake on the lip gloss and get the dog down and walk in (knowing dam well I don't have a freebie, because I got cheap fuel yesterday from a different stop at AMBEST) (AMBEST the new ones have the granite, rain showers or even a tv or hair dryer) I took pics at an average Loves down here in Florida. read more

My husband and I stopped at this Loves on the way to Orlando to drop off cars, not only are these some of the worst showers Ive ever seen in a truck stop but the woman attending/ cleaning the showers was probably the rudest person I've ever met in my life! Not to mention every pump at the fuel island malfunction, then when my husband went in to pay for the fuel after they finally started to work again, the man behind the counter was even ruder... if i could give this place negative stars i would!!! read more

Not one single person - employees or guests - was wearing a mask, despite the sign on the door that said they were required! Unacceptable!

While heading into Georgia with our RV, we stopped here for gas. Unfortunately our crazy dogs locked us out of our truck with the key in the ignition and our toddler strapped in her seat. After a couple minutes panicking, my husband enlisted the help of one of the portable tire employees. He called the mechanics and within 5 minutes they were there to assist. The fantastic Love's mechanics were able to prop open the door with a wedge and were able to gain us access. Thank you for the quick response and averted crisis! Lesson learned. read more

Beware if you use corporate cards when fueling. They put the wrong product type on the receipt which caused numerous billing errors. Caused me to lose money and they stated it was a system glitch but nothing they can do to resolve. Both store manger and RTS Program rep did not seem to care to resolve. I was checking out and overheard the Operations Manager instruct a worker to put the diesel oil back on the shelf even though it was leaking. I wanted to let a manager know what was happening and that's how I found out she was the Operations Manager. She then laughed in my face and said she never said that. I doubled down and let her know that yes, she did and she can't pretend she didn't, she continued to laugh and said well that was before we knew they were leaking. No, I was watching the entire exchange between her and the employee, the employee told her they were leaking and she told the employee to put them back on the shelf. I know what I saw and heard. Do they also put the fresh fruit and salad back on the shelves after it's been out? Are they checking the temps and time of the roller grill? Can I buy good last here and not worry about them leaking or being returned and reshelved prior to my purchase?
