I went in the other day like I usually do for my daily wash. When I was done and vacuuming my vehicle, an employee came over, I'm sorry I forgot his name, and asked if I wanted tire shine on my tires. He said that he notices that the machine wasn't doing a thorough job and offered to re-do the tires. So he applied tire shine by hand on all 4 tires. That is definitely going the extra mile for your customers and I really appreciated that. I added an extra star on my review because of that!!! Now if you go back to scrubbing the vehicle down again for the pre-wash I will give you 5 stars everyday. Great new car wash! Lots of staff to guide you around. I tried the $12 option but they have a whole menu of car washing options. May need to try something else from the menu next time. More powerful water jets than any other I have experienced, hopefully my paint is ok! Lots of colored lights are a real hit with the kids. They even scrub the front bumper and Windows before entering the wash. Many vacuuming stations available. Great location of you are coming to or from Jax as well. My husband and I stopped in to have a rental cleaned before turning it in the next day. The reviews online looked good so we thought we'd give it a try. So, for them to even touch the inside of the car you have to pay $30 for full service. A little much for us since we have places like Autobell at home where it's half the price, but we decided to go ahead and pay for it. They have a waiting lounge inside, but there's no nice way to say how bad it smelled. It smelled pretty bad and it was muggy like the A.C. wasn't working. i think maybe opening the door to let some fresh air in would've helped, but we just turned back around to stand outside. I will say that it was decorated nicely with comfortable looking seats, a vending machine and a keurig. The lounge area, and the bathroom seemed tidy and clean. There was only one 2 seater bench outside so we ended up standing for awhile. We talked to a lady that had been waiting for about an hour. When we asked about her experience there she said they have two speeds, slow and stop. Lol...i didnt expect that response but thought it was kinda funny. She also said that you have to check behind their work and to make sure you have your floor mats when you leave. Apparently, they're the only full service car cleaning place in the city so...no competition. I will say that I observed them cleaning out the car and they were very meticulous and really thorough. They took a box out of the car to clean under it. That probably wouldn't happen at the place here. I also noticed the age of the guys working seemed to range from maybe 18-60. They didn't seem to have a definitive system, or the communication was off since we noticed some work being duplicated by different guys... which may have added on to the wait time. There was one particular guy that seemed to be checking and approving the work. Customer service was great and everyone was very polite. Our wait time from start to finish was right around 40 minutes. read more

Great service!! Bought the ultimate deal and they did an outstanding job. It takes a bit longer than just the 3 minute exterior wash I normally get, but it wasn't too long, guessing 15 minutes, and the results were worth the time and money. The windshield was spotless. They vacuumed out sand and dog hair. They washed the mats, not just vacuumed them. They even cleaned beneath my car coasters. Additionally, everyone along the line was friendly and professional. Highest recommendation. Will be back in next time either vehicle needs cleaning. read more

When they first open the quality of their car wash was awesome! But here lately the dryer doesn't fully dry the vehicle, the bugs do not come off of the front of the vehicles, they don't always have air freshener... In fact I went three consecutive times and did not receive air freshener. As a whole it is mediocre now. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! My car came out looking just about like it did before I brought it to goo goo! They didn't wipe the inside of the doors down, the center consol area, and the vacuum job looks like my 1 year old kids did it! Would not recommend going here for detail service! Amazing thorough job. I got the full service wash. I had driven from Washington DC to Tallahassee and on my way back to DC. My car is filthy, the exterior is a moving cemetery of bug guts, the interior is sandy, dusty and sticky. I watched the 3 guys hand dry with towels every door jam and window opening. They vacuumed the interior and wiped out the dash, cup holders. Even the air vent slots! It was like climbing back into a band new car. Even better one of the guys found the brand new magnetic decal I just bought and placed it on my car. It was a disgusting 98 degrees out with a heat index of hotter than hell, these guys worked hard in the sun and heat while I waited in a nice air conditioned lounge. Amazing jobs and well worth the price of $30. I tipped them because they deserved it! I have spent double that getting my car professionally detailed back home and it's not even close to the fine work this place did. Friendly, hard working men! read more

Was good but not anymore. I use this car was every week for both of our vehicles. I loved it in the beginning. But it has gotten worse in the last 6 weeks or so. Each time I go in there something is bad. The mat washer did not have a hose to rinse off your plastic floor mats for the last three weeks. This time the brush was missing also. The concrete floor was muddy this time (8 am), which means after vacuuming your car you have to track in the mud into your vehicle when finished. I purchase the $18.00 option each time and the car wash does a great job, but the guys prepping the cars lately have been getting really lazy lately. Usually they wash the back of my truck but not this past Thursday. I had to wipe it down myself to get it clean when finished. I don't know what happened but they started out so good. Sad, I may go back to the other wash again. It is also nearer my house and it is cheaper. read more
