female drivers please be careful of this loves employee. the employee came to my sister's truck and was yelling at her to move her truck over even tho the driver on her left had plenty of room. he didn't ask her nicely. he came yelling and screaming at her. she asked if she had room on other side since that truck was on the line. and the emplovee velled at her and said "*** just move" then because the employee was very intimidating she was scared. she called the cops. and the city cops showed up and threaten to have HER arrested for trespassing and HER truck towed all because the employee came at her. she was willing to move over but because of his threatening tone she wanted to protect herself and even then the CITY cops sided with this *** employee. so please ladies be careful of this employee. read more

Love Loves, but this Arby's has to go!!! This is the 2nd time I've tried to get food at 10pm only to be told they are CLOSED for shift change. YETTTT... they advertise that they are open 24 hours a day!!! The 1st time the dude told me they were closed for an hour. Tonight I was told they are closed for 30 min. How many other shifts are they closed for 30 minutes or more???? Terrible customer service!!! Nothing posted anywhere about Arby's hours, aside from OPEN 24 hours!!! Loves might wanna reconsider their choice for a fast food vendor since Arby's is incapable of filling maintaining high customer satisfaction!!! read more

When we were traveling through going towards Tennessee we stopped at this location and we ended up stopping at the same location as we passed back through to return to louisiana. It was the experience going back to Louisiana and I feel I must warn you. Do not eat the food at the hot cases. I personally witnessed an employee come out of a woman's stall, walk out the door without washing her hands and go right to the register to start helping customers. She even walked over to the hot case and attempted to serve one who was looking. Fortunately they changed their mind and probably avoid some E coli poisoning. Perhaps management will see this and emphasize cleanliness and rules associated with using the bathroom and serving food to customersPmMaybe this is why my family had a bout a diarrhea when we got to Tennessee. Super clean for our potty break. Didn't buy anything but looked as though they had a great variety of road trip snack-a-roos. Gassed up with no issues. The one small-ish complaint wasn't necessarily with Love's but with the Arby's attached to them... there was a big sign advertising $1 kids meals. Ok, great. So we order 4 of them. They then tell us that we need to order a combo to get the $1 price. Alright, one combo (for my husband) and 4 $1 kids meals please. Ooooh, you only get ONE $1 kids meal PER combo meal purchased??? Well, maybe the sign should say that instead of misleading people. Needless to say, we drove away without ordering anything. read more

Very Clean restrooms and interior. Whole staff wore masks and everything was being cleaned. There was also a small dog park which was really nice. Outside near the pumps there was some garbage that customers had thrown out on the ground but otherwise a really nice looking stop. read more

The store is clean but the showers are not all that. You can clearly see the floor is a bit dirty and haven't been sept or mopped. The water in the shower got pretty hot though. There's a Arbys restaurant inside. All in all l, I guess the store could be better, but it could definitely be worst! read more

Pulled into the Love's here in the beautiful pine woods of Arkansas. After fighting to get through the ridiculously small parking/slash gas area finally got a pump. After a quality fill up of gasoline in the old minivan (long road trip), we finally found a parking spot and went to venture inside. My daughter instantly noticed the smell of roadkill, but we quickly realized they have an Arby's! Amazing array of Arkansas souvenirs from our neighbors from Texas, however noteworthy was no beer fridge, which was a major disappointment. Headed to the men's room, with a very long line, realized only two toilets were functional. I felt compelled to relieve myself in the ice freezer out front but refrained. We reluctantly took leave disappointed. We love the hospitality of our neighbors to the east, visited Crater of the Diamonds state park next, it is amazing! We love Arkansas, and are loyal Love's customers country wide! Long story short, this place sucks, get gas beforehand, I'd give zero stars if I could. read more
