When I went back to get them they were ready so I picked them up and took them to a family members home in Royal. After I got there I opened the box to find out it was a full bundt cake. I called the store and spoke to Mandy about the problem. As we discussed this and she found out I was in Royal she offered to deliver the order of bundtinis and that we could keep the bundt cake. My uncle lives off of gravel street in Royal that is hard to find so we met at Mountain Pine High School parking lot. Mandy needs a raise!!!! The fact that she drove all the way out to deliver my correct order is customer service above and beyond!!! She was so sweet and felt so bad. And my family absolutely loved all of it.
