That is true for this location. I think access is a little tough here. Wal-Mart parking lots are terrifying places so it's nice that this gas station is at least a little bit out of the way. It's on the south side of the shopping center, so you'd be best to turn in off of 111th St. rather than snake your way in off of Memorial. Finally, they also sell pop and other convenience store items in the little building in the middle. I haven't tried it, so I'll leave that part for someone else to review. Overall, this place is certainly sufficient.

I had the chance last night to venture around the store on my own for some items I am going to use…read morein a baking project later this weekend. I still can't believe how large this property is. But I manage to find what I was looking for. I came out of the store with a small selection to try in my baking project, which is a brownie recipe. I came out with a Jim Beam Red Stag to try, a selection of chichis minis, and a selection of sugarlands moonshine shots(all fruit flavors), and a box of a collaboration between Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola(had 3 flavors in it). I am looking forward to getting into the kitchen this weekend to batch out the dry ingredients fir the from scratch brownie mix and then start making some brownies to take to my testing spots next week. The staff when I was in the store was very nice in helping me stay organized with my list o had going in my brain. It was a very peaceful experience, just to have to wander, before heading back to my kitchen at home for more fun.
