My husband showed me a photo of the pizza and said, "How's this look?" "Looks good!" Eufaula is a nice little town with restaurants, shops, and typical small town businesses. There's even a Eufaula Museum across from Mama Tigs. We sat at the window facing the street. The table was made from a slice of a tree with the bark visible, but it was shellacked, of course. There were about a dozen options for pizza or you could create your own. There were some other menu options but we were there for the pizza. We chose number 5 ("The Erin") which had sliced meatballs and fire-roasted peppers (sweet not spicy). SO GOOD!! It reminded me of pizza we get from a Brooklyn Italian family-owned restaurant in our small town of Haslet. The cheese and the crust... We also got a side salad with house made ranch. This side salad had leafy mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, radishes (which my husband loved!), shredded carrots, and grape tomatoes. We almost missed dessert but decided to get a cannoli. It was delicious as well. Everything was simple and so tasty. The owner, or who I assume was the owner, was serving another table and asked if they were passing through. They live in Northwest Arkansas and Mama Tigs is their usual lunch spot (there are a few other locations). The owner said most people are visiting the nearby lake or passing through to Branson, when I said "That's what we're doing." We chatted a bit more with the owner and discovered they had lived in DFW at one time. Small world. Great place! Friendly staff! Excellent, wood-fired pizza! Be sure to stop in. It's far better than a drive-thru burger. (I didn't think to get photos of the food. I was focused on enjoying it.)

OMG! I am so glad that the mixed reviews didn't prevent us from trying this establishment…read more We arrived just past dinner time on a Saturday night. They were thankfully not super busy as we were traveling cross country and didn't want to take a ton of time but wanted a good meal. This met both requirements for sure. My sister got the manicotti and my husband the lasagna. I was torn between the chicken parm and chicken Alfredo. Our server Lea recommended the Alapona (pink) sauce with either. I decided on the chicken fettuccine and added broccoli with the pink sauce. Wow! The serving was large and the flavors were nothing short of amazing!!! Both my husband and sister loved their dishes as well. The garlic rolls were also delicious and the included salads were an added bonus that most restaurants do not include anymore. Don't skip stopping here, you will be pleasantly surprised. Oh, and the prices were reasonable and portions perfect! Wish we lived closer as this would be a regular stop. I also want to point out that most of the servers although very young, were pleasant and very well trained to be efficient and friendly. Kudos to their manager, and to the servers, keep up the good work and attitude in whatever you do in the future, and you will be successful!

We couldn't even get a waitresses attention without them walking off. We had never even been in before and thought from the "awesome service" and food reviews it would be a great place to try. To say we were disappointed would be a huge understatement.
