I then decided I didn't want to wait in line so I would just call to check on my prescription. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour (see picture) and I never reached anyone because I got hung up on as I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Makes me sad to think how stressful this would be for someone who actually needed medication for something vital to their health. Horrible service!

We tried to get an appointment for some vaccines. The person on the line spoke very broken English, and the 2 of us could not understand her. She not only got our names wrong, but also the shots we wanted wrong. When we showed up for our injections, the counter person read what the phone receptionist wrote. It then took about an hour to untangle that mess, and get our names and meds straight. Seems like it took 3 people to do that, and when we got some scripts to go, my wife's name was still wrong on the label. So, they are nice folks, but it's not wise to put people new to English in charge of phone calls, or areas where information needs to be pivotal.

Today, one of my prescriptions was put on hold because they "could not find my insurance." I pay out of pocket. This is not the first time I've filled this prescription on a cash basis. The staff member at the counter offered no apology and no explanation unless I specifically asked for one. When I did ask, she was unable to tell me when the prescription would be ready. I later called to follow up, and the automated system could not locate the prescription at all. After nearly an hour on hold, I finally reached someone who would only tell me it would be ready tomorrow, with no further detail and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I have used other Walgreens locations out south without issue. This one is a different experience entirely.

They have a mini grocery selection and many of the toiletries and sundry items one needs to make a quick trip for what you need without going to a big - long trip taking store! I called insurance they said the code shows the error is with pharmacy they have either missing or incorrect information that they have to correct. After I told Jessica what insurance said she then said that's what she told me and that is not true she blamed the insurance and said they are working on someone else prescriptions I asked why are they not working to correct mine instead of blaming my insurance. I paid for the prescription she never tried to correct it for me. When I talk to one pharmacist they say they're ordering, then a week later after I'm out of meds "that I have to have" one of the other pharmacist says it's not been ordered. The system for customer info will not retain my account, and they're rude about it when I call or go in. They act as though it's my fault I'm not in the system. These people are completely incompetent and incredibly rude.

If you dare ask "Why?".....you will be told that it is HER decision alone. She then proceeded to try and both shamed and embarrass me in front of my two daughters and other waiting customers and really tried to drive that message home when she said: "now it would be another week before I could refill". I went down the road to CATOOSA FAMILY PHARMACY and had my refill ready within the hour. The staff are all super nice, friendly and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend over Walgreens !!

This is undeniably the lousiest pharmacy and drive up ever in our lives. I had occasion to be waiting in line indoors at the window for 20 minutes one evening and got to hear closeup first hand Walgreen traffic handling manners... their manners for the driveup customers... it was ugly and insensitive, the woman at the window should be out cleaning septic tanks, and the customer service sequence should be shown as a bad example in Marketing 101. Meanwhile the clerks trying to find scripts to hand out didn't have a clue where to look because they were never in the same place... it was a mad house... and it WASN'T real busy. UNORGANIZED. NO TALENT. Wonder what the employee turn over is, that should be a clue to somebody. Time to leave. They need a professional hatchet man to clean that place out top to bottom. An organizer to go in there and organize that place, it is a mess. What woke me up to quit Walgreens... when I was accused of being rude to their help over the phone.... when I was simply asking if 4 hours isn't long enough to pop 14 pills in a bottle, when should I return... they said they didn't care when I returned... and then when I returned, some she jerk gets on the speaker box and thought she was going to realign my butt instead of apologizing... thank you God for the 40 years of military training so I could demonstrate problem solving skills that I had learned, except for my limited vocabulary; but therer was sufficient volume so all nearby could benefit from the learning experience. I did not curse or yell. I simply insisted they should be able to accomplish this task. Based on the response, or lack there of, I must assume they are not prepared to do this.
