Excellent service inside and friendly staff. Very clean store. It was busy at the pumps so we pulled out after fueling to run in and get food. The boys got fast food and we were all going to eat outdoors with the pups despite the heat and humidity. There just weren't any spaces for travel trailers available and we almost left and decided to just circle back into the lot, park on the curb in front of the pumps and sit on the curb and eat. Would be 5 stars, but for a travel stop, it wasn't super travel friendly pulling a tiny trailer even. read more

I travel across the US and I gotta say nothing makes me more upset then lazy ass employees. I only get about 30 min to shower and when I see multiple showers empty and no one cleaning them while there are people waiting for showers is beyond upsetting and when you ask about it they make excuses saying their short staffed. Bullshit I just watched you stand around while 3 people left showers and you could have been cleaning them, people are waiting to shower and I stoood there over 35 min. 23 showers were empty but needed cleaning. Like do your damn job and clean the showers. This isn't my first rodeo at this loves, it happens more then it should. The men's bathroom was atrocious as well, if your so shorted staff hire more people. Obviously this loves management team sucks and can't manage their employeee worth a shit. Clean the god damn bathrooms and showers. read more

We stopped today while traveling across country. We needed propane and stopped here after the sign said PROPANE AVAILABLE 24/7. That is not true. We pulled up to the tank and rang the buzzer and were told by a female employee with quite an attitude there wasn't anyone that could fill our tank for us. Apparently customer service is not a thing at this Love's. We'll gladly take our business elsewhere. Lots of other non-Love's travel centers to stop at. read more

They live up to their reputation. Their facilities are clean and staff are courteous and professional. The quality has been consistent. For those not familiar with rest stops, they are the whole kit and caboodle. They have showers, restrooms, snacks, sundries and gas. And if you use the restroom, give them a rating on the way out. Ohhhh how I love their Mac N' Cheese on the hot bar at the counter. When its fresh and creamy, get it. You will love it. They have pretty good lookin' sandwiches and pizza too. Easy in and out if you are pulling a camper or boat. read more

There's a mcdonalds in this friendly love's truckstop that has the most horrible service my husband and I have ever encountered. No receipt, dry Burger buns, watery oatmeal, floors are filthy .. to list a few. There's also a night manager that doesn't know how to deal with customers. He'd rather call the police than handle a problem. He has poor phone etiquette, racist tatoos and a bad attitude towards blacks. He actually tried to get the police to come out and trespass me instead of giving me a deserved refund for the crap they served us. read more

I'm a trucker and stop at this loves once a week to fuel up my truck. Usually spend a minimum of $1k dollars per fill up. Had a sweet tooth today so though I would grab a candy bar. They had signs on the candy saying but two get one for a dollar. I thought to myself sure why not. I grabbed three candy bars all listed as buy two get one for a dollar. Got to the register to pay and they all three rang up full price. I pointed out the sign on all of them said buy two get one for a 1$. Cashier called a manager the manager came over and said she would not honor the deal even though all of the candies were clearly marked but two get one for a dollar. She said they were different companies and they all had to be from the same company when I pointed out the signs didn't say that she said doesn't matter we won't honor the deal. So I told them never mind I won't be buying anything from them. That includes the fuel I used to buy from them every week. If you come to this store watch what they ring you up for because they are dishonest. read more

When traveling cross country and long hours of sitting in a vehicle, it's important to know good places to stop. Not only can you refuel your vehicle you can refuel yourself here. Washroom is large And clean. They seem to know that after traveling you want a place that's not gross to use. They also have a variety of food, hot or cold and are very friendly. I now look for these stops when traveling because l'm pretty much guaranteed cleanliness and a well needed rest place. read more

McDonalds filthy. Subway a bit better. Subway and Love's employees very nice. McDonald's employees rude and complaining that shift was over half an hour ago. When we brought up that the garbage was not only full but in fact stacked two feet higher than the rim of the cans, they simply stated that they know. Gross. read more

We would like to thank the manager and the people working at this truck stop last Tuesday for keeping an eye on our daughter while my husband drove to North Platte to pick her up. She ran out of gas on I-80 and a Good Samaritan took her to Love's to wait for her Dad. She has been having a very difficult time emotionally and the people there were so good to her, feeding her and keeping her safe until he could get there. It has been a very scary time for our family and we cannot say how much we appreciate everyone being so kind. You are to be commended for having such excellent staff and the compassion for others that have mental health issues. Thank you seems a small thing to say, but Thank You from us. read more
