An evening stop for fuel and yes, I got a hot dog. The hot dog seemed like a good idea at the time but wow, it hit my stomach like I had eaten a rock. I think next time I'll have something a lot healthier. But it was inexpensive and solved the hunger pangs. The 10 cent per gallon discount on the full tank of gas was enough to pay for that hot dog. So there's that. No trash in the pump area, the extra long squeegee got the road muck off the windshield and I was on the way with that hot dog about to be a problem. great shop to be ripped off charged $150, to tell me, they don't repair air leaks, and then they recommended an air filter, for $89 plus installation costs, but we could not afford it, so i asked for the part # of the air filter, and he gave me a different part #, air filter, that doesn't fit thanks loves, for overcharging me, then doing the opposite to help me. read more

The male cashier (Johnathon) was very inappropriate with me. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Not only were his pants undone, but he flicked his tongue at me several times before handing me my change. Brand new Love's with the worst service. It's such a shame. Beautifully reconstructed with showers that were not even SWEPT through! Pubic hairs and dust on the floor. The uncleanliness was unbearable. Went over to get some fruit or salad or wraps, all the lettuce was rotten or frozen and fruit was old. I was starving so I thought okay I'll grab some hotdogs, no hot dog buns... 1 star only because it's was just built. Not much parking available, keep driving if I were I you. One of the cleanest travel center fuel stops in the area. I stop here every now and then to grab some coffee on my way to work. They have 3-4 large parking spots for RVs or if you're towing a decent size gooseneck. It does have a Hardee's attached to the side, FYI, in case you're not feeling any of the food/snacks available at the Loves. If you're stop just for a quick stretch or for your pet(s), they do have a small dog park near the parking area! read more

Loves Store #782 at exit 86 eastbound on I-24 to Nashville is My ALL TIME favorite place to stop! My friend introduced me to this Loves gas station months ago and we now make it out regular stop on our way to Nashville. Not only do they have an awesome dog park, but this store has a Hardee's. I prefer the fresh selections of foods in the main shopping area while my friend grabs her favorite Hardee's breakfast sandwich. The women's Restrooms are the cleanest I have EVER been in!!!! When we walk thru the door the staff members greet you and are so friendly. This Loves Gas and Travel Center really set the bar high for all the other Travel Centers. Thank you Kiya and Keisha you guys really do make a person feel welcome!!! read more

This is a very well maintained Love's. Friendly employees greeted me and my infant daughter, clean bathrooms, lots of food and drink options. You could even get something healthy to eat on the road, if you're so inclined. There is also a nice dog park, which I haven't seen at a travel stop before. read more

I'd swing through here just to see the employees. It's clean, they do hourly checks, stocked, great sales, and a great place too be employed; friendly people and pretty good leadership. The tire shop is always out assisting road calls, tire checks, and maintenance in the bay; while doing some maintenance for the store. read more

Dog Park! Kid you not. There are two fenced in areas for your dogs to stretch their legs. Please clean up your dog's poop! Many others didn't :( This is a legit fenced in area, double pass through gates, and water but no shade unfortunately. In the store the bathrooms were clean, the employees friendly and the food and drink selection was very good. We opted for their wraps. It's convenience store food .... but we were very happy with the quality and convenience. Unfortunately Love's uses ethanol in their gas which I don't care for. My understanding is while it's cheaper, you can get 25% lower gas mileage (so a wash?), contributes more to smog and has made corn more expensive. So not sure what benefit it really offers other than slightly reducing oil consumption. If that's a problem for you buy your gas elsewhere. I just bit the bullet and filled up. read more

It is more important for the employees to play with customers digs than to tend to customers. No fan in the shower and fountain drinks need be tended to. Firs time here. Nice building and that is the only good experience here. Expect to burn excess time here. Should've gone elsewhere. At least they would've tried. read more

first off i have to say that i'm not one to complain or even review on yelp. good or bad. but last night (10/10/21) i stopped in to use the facilities and get a bite at about 3am. there were some breakfast tacos in the food warmer and it being 3am i was curious if they were today's breakfast tacos or perhaps the previous day. to be honest i would've eaten them either way. anyway so i asked one of the employee ladies "when are these from"? she said she didn't understand the question. i asked again when are they from because it's 3am and they're breakfast tacos. she said my question doesn't make sense and walked away. confused, i asked another employee. at this point it seemed i was being a bother to them. i was so confused. they asked if my question was a joke. i responded with complete confusion and said i don't understand why my question is coming off as a joke. this whole thing went on for 15 min probably. with them acting like they had no idea what i was getting at and telling me that my question does not make sense so they couldn't answer it. defeated, i said never mind i'll just get some chips. while paying i apologized for the confusion and tried to clear it up or at least try to figure out what was gettin lost in translation and assure the ladies that i wasn't pranking or joking with them or tryin to give anyone a hard time. anyway the lady just said you've made your purchase now leave! now i'm REALLY confused. i'm still confused. look i'm not the most articulate person in the world i'll give you that but this was on another level. i've never been kicked out of anywhere. now i've been kicked out of a Loves.. i think? more than complaining i wish i could tell those loves employees that i didn't mean to confuse them and that my intent was to find out when those breakfast tacos were from. and nothing more. i could never get an answer from them and i'm baffled that they kept insisting that i was pranking them or joking with them. anyway rough night. i'm no longer a patron of this loves. i wish she would've just asked what i meant or tried to think about what i might have meant by my question which, to me, was not a trivial question. simply "when are these from?" read more
