Went here for an A/C repair. Was quoted $961.61 before the service. Was told the service was $961.61 after the service was completed. Once we went in to pick up the car, they told us it was $985.44. Wouldn't explain why the price changed. We paid and saw on our card we were charged $1015. Called them and they claimed they replaced our air cabin filter (we never wanted nor asked for that or approved it) and charged us for that as well as a surcharge we were not told about. They said they would refund those but we needed to wait to talk to Nick. Called Nick later and he said he will not refund anything like we were told we would. We paid for a service we didn't ask for and a surcharge we were not told about. Expect to pay more than you were told and for no reason. Shady business. Unfortunately now will have to dispute on our card. read more

This is a wonderful repair shop. Sometimes they have to keep your vehicle longer than places with more staff would, but it's worth it. Reasonably priced (half what the dealer was going to charge me for repairs) and knowledgeable employees. Honest. Didn't treat me with any less respect because I I walked into a service shop as a woman. I highly recommend them. read more

Dropped off my vehicle to get some work done and received a phone call the following day from the police that my rims and tires were stolen. T and B automotive were not responsible because of the waiver I signed at drop off (understood) but the way the young lady at the front desk handled it was nonchalant, constantly reminding me that I signed a waiver and they were not responsible. Owner finally reached out and attempted to ease additional the financial burden of using my insurance, she was very mature, professional and understanding. After the work was complete on the drive home I heard loud knocking, returned the next day and they said something came loose (quick fix and I was on my way). Just an unfortunate experience overall. For context it was a dodge charger and it was left outside the shop overnight. I would recommend you ask them to properly secure your vehicle if you leave it overnight. 1 star only because of the owner that reached out! read more

I was very pleased with the electrical work they did on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The locks and window controls stopped working on the passenger side of my vehicle, and since I'm big on going to locally owned businesses I decided to try out T&B. The repairs took a little longer than I had anticipated, but rest assured they were making sure they did a good job. I only gave four stars because of the amount of time it took, and there was a little damage done to the interior control panel when he tried to take off the plastic but honestly, I have two kids and they do more damage on a daily basis to my car. You should go ahead and try out T&B, they won't rip you off. read more

These folks are awesome. They do GOOD work and genuinely care which is hard to find in this day and age. We get way better work done here... and they actually show you the problem areas. Never pressure to fix something that isn't really broken. Don't take your car to a dealership...(its a trap!) Take it to T and B. read more

My check engine light went on one day. T and B had done me right in the past, but couldn't get around to checking my car that day any time soon. I took my car in to Advanced Auto, or where ever it is that they pull the error code from your car's register. They told me to get to a shop. Took my car to the nearest shop by my apartment near school to get a diagnosis. They told me I'd need a whole new transmission and had a pamphlet ready for me with prices inside. I did some Internet research on said "code." Turns out, Chevy issued an update for professional mechanics on the performance of a lot of Blazers showing this code and how to fix it and I stumbled upon the PDF. It was about 2 years ago, and I'm a nonmechanical female, but the scenario I experienced had something to do with a ball getting stuck when air blew through somewhere.... needed to be cleaned or flushed -- or if that wouldn't fix it -- replaced. Caused car to overheat and could have caused car to do bad things to driver. But did NOT put a $2,000 dent in driver's wallet. T & B straight away knew the code and exactly what the problem was. They didn't even consider replacing the transmission or trying to get one over on me because I'm a girl. Here I am, 2 or 3 years later... driving the same car, except I put less than $500 into that repair VS $2000... thanks to the mechanics at T & B. I also went to them for a water pump replacement & tune up. My car has been expensive, so I was thankful I had a shop I trusted to give me a fair price and do a good job on my car in Clarksville, TN. I was a resident for 22 years... driving for 7 of them.... Now, I've been told they aren't T & B anymore, but its the same location, and the same people work there -- just a name change. read more

I have taken all my vehicles there for service work and repairs. I have a 325I BMW and a Toyota corolla.They are very honest and let me know up front what it will cost and do not add a bunch of extras that i don't need. I am a cutomer for life because of the honest and being up front with me. i wish i could give the more than five stars. It is so hard to find a good repair shop without them sticking it to ya, but the folks at TB have exceeded my expectations and i have recommend them to all my family and friends. I have friends that have their cars towed from KY just to be repaired by them because they know that TB only use quality parts and do it right the first time and are competitive priced so the gain even after paying for the to bill. I can't believe these people exist! I' m female and I have had to take my cars in the past to many different places in Clarksville and I have been ripped off evrytime, It was to the point I bought the book about my car and studied it to make sure I wasn't being ripped anymore. I put off taking my car in due to my fear of mechanics. Finally one day I tried T&B. I took my car in expecting bad news. The guy stayed on his lunch break to look at it with me. He did an easy fix and saved me completely on parts. He didn't charge me either. I couldn't help but cry, since I really didn't have much money. He didn't know this. I was thankful and took it back again. Tim fixed it for free again. He said it was an easy fix too. Both times it was engine related and beyond regular maintenance. I asked him why he would do this. He replied that it was a family business and they are godly people. Numerouse times I have taken my car back to him and he has been fair. He even fixes small things he sees without extra cost. I've never written a review for a bussiness in my life, but these people deserve this. I hope god blesses these people. I always take our cars to T&B because they have never let me down. We have used them for numerous repairs on everything from a 28 year old truck to a 2011 Buick. We send our families there when they need automotive work done. It's always hard when you move to a new area and need to find a reliable mechanic, I'm glad we found them.
