The road wasn't busy at all, especially at 5AM on Thanksgiving morning. I had a tow scheduled with my insurance company but instead, the Sheriff called this company. Once I located my car after my tow driver called and told me it wasn't there, the owner of TT & T was extremely rude! Then I was charged an outrageous amount to just be towed down the way a little bit. Over $300 to be exact. I would sit in my cold car the next time before taking the chance of this company being called.

Their price isn't bad; they don't start charging you until your car/truck is up on one of their trucks. It is an automatic $50 hook-up charge which isn't bad. I have had them tow a car and a truck from my parents house north of Ottawa by 2 miles into town to an auto repair shop and it only cost $56 dollars. Now I have also had them tow a truck to my parents house from Gardner and I have had them tow a car off of the side of K10, near Desoto to my parents house. Both times it was over $100 dollars but the guys who came to get them didn't seem to have ANY problem coming out on Saturdays to get the cars. They will give you a ride to your destination if you need one or they will just tow your vehicle to the address and drop it. If you are not there to pay them then they will send you a bill. Gotta love towing companies :D Especially this one!

But my dad decided to get me a car that would be reliable and awesome, and I was able to find that in the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE in blue candy color. Google it -drool- Mood lighting, blind spot mirrors, bluetooth, a huge trunk and more? Yes please! OH yes, cannot forget the 35mpg city/42 highway! My dad called on a Monday and asked a man named Jason to get the ball rolling on financing him to buy me the vehicle. We got excellent financing on it at 1.9% interest, so that was even better! We got the vehicle, extended warranty, roadside service for the 72 month duration of the loan, and more for an amazing price. I actually live in Gardner and I had to work on Tuesday, so I had to spend another day without my beautiful car, but my father went down on Tuesday to sign the papers for me so I could simply pick it up on Wednesday. So the day finally came and I was beyond excited! I had met Jason on Monday when I was in Ottawa and talked to him a bit about the car. He was insanely friendly and personable. We laughed and joked (my friend was with me too) and I left feeling great about the car. I went and picked it up and Jason wasn't there that day, but Mike(?) came and gave me the keys. Kristen came out with me and showed me some of the features, syncing up my phone to the bluetooth, etc; she was funny too Before I picked up the car my dad noticed a little ding in the side where a chip or two of paint was missing, maybe like someone had accidently hit it with something. They put it in the contract that there was a spot or two to buff out, and I made an appointment for this Tuesday to get it fixed, at no charge of course. The whole process was just so smooth and enjoyable! Kristen even gave me her business card with her personal phone number on it, telling me that I could call her or even text her with questions if I wanted. Such a sweet gal! So much so that the friend that was with me that day went in and bought a 2010 Ford Taurus for herself today! This was a great experience and I didn't get any of that typical sales junk people talk about when it comes to buying a car. A+ place, A+ people!

After I changed the tire and put the spare on, we made the short trip and the guys there were super helpful and very nice. They were able to patch up the tire and didn't try selling me a new one. They were honest though and recommended that I replace the tire soon. All I wanted to do is get back to KC and handle it there. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes.

Paid them over $5000 to put a rebuilt eaton transmission in my 2007 mack. 300 miles later the…read moretransmission went out again. They replaced it and less than 1000 miles latter it went out again. This time they said the warranty was void because it was leaking out of the front seal. Im not sure why a tranny with that few miles would leak at all! We did take pictures of it and there was little visible oil from any leak but the transmission was rusty and covered with dirt and grime indicating it had not been rebuilt at all, unbelievable fraud!!
