WATCH YOUR RECIEPTS, PEOPLE! Just came out of the store and bought two six packs of soda pop, one side of the sign said $4.29 while the other side said $3.99.. I took the two six pack bottles to the front to pay for them and ask the cashier if they would indeed honor the $3.99 price, and asked what the difference was in the $4.29, if anything. He said there wasn't any difference and that they were $4.29. I told him the sign was very misleading because it has two different prices for the SAME product... he left the counter and walked out to confirm that Iwasn't lying (because who doesn't go from store to store, lying over 30 cents?) He confirmed that YES, I was telling the truth, however the cashier went on the smugly say 'it's wrong,' without offering to honor the price--if it's wrong, its on them--it's THEIR store and THEIR MISTAKE... I'm a business owner too and I would NEVER let a customer walk away for 30 cents. Not that the owner even cares, but I'll never be back or spend another time there. read more

It is hard to beat the fuel price at Love's when you can include an extra 10c off per gallon by scanning the Love's app at the pump. And bonus points to the lady working the register this morning who explained that if you swipe your credit card FIRST, then the Love's app will scan the barcode. Despite the instructions on the pump that are in the opposite order. Hooray, now I don't HAVE to go inside. 10c off and this was the cheapest gas in this part of the Interstate! The pump area was clean, the long stick squeegee worked great on my Sprinter van's windshield and there was no trash about. Convenient spot. Perfect area between Richmond and Lexington. Good interior, plus they're remodeling

We stopped here with a bus tour group because they were one of the few places in the area that had "high speed pumps". The coffee area looked like it had hit by a bomb which was a little odd for late in the afternoon. The drink coolers were low on inventory which actually made more sense to me since the weather was fairly warm. The exterior of the building needed some attention. All the trash cans were over flowing. The staff I spoke with were polite and congenial. read more

Got some gas went to the restroom and got a few snacks and sodas on the inside always like Lowe's travels shop I think that they are nice and clean on the inside have big bathrooms to use so I always like try to stop in these places in this one was a solid place to check out read more

Everything was good except that people don't pick up their dog poop!! I have 2 small dogs and don't really want to pick up someone else's giant dog poo before I walk my dog. Come on people, have some respect. Love's rv stop is great, otherwise. This is the second one we've been too and the price is good for the convenience! We did buy some food inside and it was good. Not taking a star away for the lazy people because Love's can't control them all. read more

Love's is made for truckers, but because it offers so much it is also made for the average traveler. We made a pit stop here for a restroom break and an opportunity to grab salty snacks. You will not be disappointed in the variety of drinks, snacks, hot food and truck accessories available at Love's. In addition to small bags of chips, my husband and I grabbed a hotdog for lunch. One is quite enough! The bathrooms were okay. They definitely could have been cleaner, but I understand they get quite a bit of traffic and it would be tough to maintain perfection every minute. A baby changing station was available in the women's room but the sign for the men's restroom did not indicate the same. This location is also attached to Arby's if you'd prefer to stay away from gas station food. Note that coming off the exit and taking a left hand turn will require patience due to traffic coming in both directions. Be cautious! read more

Stopped her to fuel up, grab snacks for the kids and use the bathrooms. Fuel was reasonably priced for the area. Snack and drink selection was impressive but like another Love's many of the fountain selections were out. The men's room was clean but the female facilities were a bit dirty. This may be due to a high traffic volume but my wife and daughters were a bit appalled of they way it looked. If they did not have to go so badly they wanted to go someplace else. read more

The coffee center was ridiculous. Ever thing was out of stock. 4/2/2022 3:00 pm. When I brought to staffs attention she just said to me that she just got there. Ridiculous, 2nd Loves I've been to today and they are pigsty. For the prices your charge you'd think a manage would see you cleanliness and full stock. No stirrer, no kids, no creamers, the flavor bottles were sitting there sticky and empty. Loves, I expect better. read more

Now being a pilot's fan, we were very happy to see this place to pull off into to fill up and stuff. The pumps were a little slow and messy around the areas. But of course we understand since this place does get it's traffic. A lot of spots to park at and snack on some tasty snacks they offer inside. Bathrooms were decent, and clean. One stall had a broken lock which was embarrassing. Thankfully a worker saw it and jumped to working on it. It was a little slippery as well. So watch your step walking into this restroom. read more

When we are traveling on a cross country road trip we make our stops at Loves. They always have ample space weather we need to pump gas or just make a quick bathroom or snack stop. The bathrooms are always clean, spacious many stalls with no cracks in between. The convenience of stopping at a loves typically ensures there's is an attached fast food restaurant to eat, this particular location was a Arby's. I also like glancing at their souvenirs such as magnets and key chains which I occasionally buy. read more

It's a regular Loves gas station. Not the smallest not the biggest. The intersection is busy so be ready for a little traffic getting in and getting out. Ya need gas or a snack and aren't in a hurry go ahead and stop by. read more

In fairness, I contacted loves before writing this review. I received what I can best describe as a fill in the blank prewritten reply. I stopped at about 5pm to have a fuel problem looked at. Knowing a bad ice storm was on top of us, and knowing I could not stay in a truck with no heat in temperatures as low as 12, I asked the service department if they would transport me and my service pet to a motel in the event the truck was not repaired. At 10pm, the same man tells me that Scott, his supervisor has refused me transport. He wants to know is I have ever heard of UBER! Leaving me and the pet to freeze. When I goto the fuel desk to find Scott I find he is at home and no longer answering his phone. read more

I love truck stops! Loves is no Pilot but still always interesting to visit to see all the people filling up on food and gas. I bought a car charger while I was here and they over charged me double on the adapter. I caught it before I go to the car and they fixed it when I went back in but they didn't fix it inside and they will have an issue with the next person who buys one or that person will get ripped off. It was super busy inside and the trash in the men's bathroom was overflowing into the floor. Most workers were in the office and out on the floor. If I need gas and I can't make it back to Lexington I will stop here again but my experience this time was just so so. read more

If you're traveling with a fifth-wheel, avoid this stop! We pulled off thinking it would be easy to fill up with diesel and maybe grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately the diesel pumps for truckers wouldn't take our credit cards, so we had to pull into the auto pumps which was extremely busy and we had to back up to get out of the lot. We will be sure to stop at a different location on our way back through the area. read more
