The building is newer, clean, and well lit, so don't take my next comment the wrong way, but when you head off to the rest room, past the fishing lures and rubber waders, you can peek into the bait tanks full of shiners and chubs. You can't do that at McDonald's, unless you're in your truck at the drive through. It's a great place to eavesdrop on the conversations of local farmers and trades people, swapping stories of hunting dogs and honey-do chores abandoned for more noble pursuits, like fishing. In the height of summer, the folks from the Cities come to air out their $400,000 cabins, and they bring down the tone of the place with their dissolute teens staring glumly at their own knuckles as the adults discuss golf and office politics. For those of you roadtrippers looking for Minnesota adventure: go. Visit the giant foot statue, or the giant cockroach on a pliers statue. Or the green alien statue. I'll save you from the photos but the 5 times I've been here the bathrooms have never had soap, there is E. coli rings around outside and inside of the toilets. The layer of pee on the toilet and the floor is so thick if you need to use the bathroom you have no choice but to walk on it and deal with the strong ammonia smell. God forbid attempting to sit on that feeces and blood stained toilet: there is so much rust, rot, mold and roaches visible it's hard to believe this place is still open! LET ALONE SERVING FOOD!! I hardly ever write a bad review but I couldn't stand going in here anymore. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. It's beyond a health hazard at this point.

They also have a microwave, which is nice if you buy a packaged breakfast sandwich or something that needs to be warmed up. It's a small store but they have A LOT! Prices are the same as shopping at any other corner store or gas station. I love that they are open early (usually around 630). The store is always clean and organized. Staff are super friendly and nice. Just outside of the store they have seating via wooden table and chairs or just downstairs couches, more tables and chairs. They prefer you use cash but they do accept cards.

Their prices can be a little high at times, but I chop it up to the convenience of having a convenience store within our work building and not having to run up the block to Target, since they relocated Walgreens down a few blocks.

They have cards & small presents you can buy in a pinch. And the topping on this cake is that the owner & her employee's always greet customers with a smile, and are always very nice and very helpful. And one more thing, their products are not over priced, as I find in other small stores.
