He is also the biggest chicken and is TERRIFIED of the dark as in he has a night light in our house because if not he will howl till we turn on the light. Now imagine thinking it was a good idea to leave a 9 year old indoor dog outside in the heat, I got him when he was a puppy and he has the luxury of laying on the ac all night and they just threw him out. My parents have used their services for 15 years, one of our dogs have ran away from here but we just assumed he was a wild puppy and darted because we were trusting with what she was telling us but I'm second guessing it. I am a professional dog trainer (Victoria Stilwell Academy) and a therapy dog chapter director and I've owned something like 10 dogs in my life. Tavish is, by far, the sweetest, most affectionate and intelligent dog we have ever owned. He bonded with us the instant we met him and he is constantly with us. I used him as my "demo dog" in my dog training curriculum and he won the hearts of everyone who has met him. But wait...there is more. He is a registered therapy dog and has made more than 100 visits to various care facilities where he is in high "demand". Tavish also just recently won first place in Agility League at our local Zoom Room. He's been at it for over a year and practice pays off. His league mates included a Jack Russel and a Boarder Collie and he bested them by a wide point margin. We lucked out at Fox Creek. If we could manage a third dog in our household (we also have a Chow; they get along just fine) it would be another Westie!!!! Thanks Jessica and Joe!

The owner has a bunch of dogs behind the counter yapping and going off on every customer. When I walked in, the owner wasn't there, the dogs were running around and going off, stressing my dog out immediately. No one was around for over 15 minutes and when I finally met the owner, she was short and tempered. She made my dog even more nervous with her behavior. She also didn't let me go to the back where my dog would be staying. Groomer smelled like weed. But the smell was overwhelming from lack of cleaning. It's unprofessional, chaotic and disorganized, overly decorated and eye-busy. The owner also has NO business bringing in cats with the amount of dogs barking and running around.
