He has years of experience with pets and stays current on animal services by teaching and research at local Vet. Schools. Doc Fuller was so caring when my horse got too old to ride. He did test to make sure she was healthy and recommended supplements to keep her healthy in her final days, since her teeth weren't good any longer for grazing. He realizes the strong bond I had develop with my horse and didn't recommend putting her down as others have. Thanks to Doc Fuller she's a beautiful old horse that I love.

**updated again 8/21/26** Make sure your medication is not expired before leaving the office, and…read moremake sure you have all the records you need before leaving too, because apparently if you call back too many times, it's a hassle and they will drop you as a client. I took two of our dogs for an exam in July. One of them had an infection and needed 2 weeks of clavamox, on the 11th day, I realized the medication they gave me had been expired per the foil packet, even though the printed prescription label said it didn't expire until December. When I called the vet about it, I was blamed & told that maybe I gave my dog expired medication from a previous visit and just gotten it mixed up. That was not the case, I did not have any other medication on hand as we dose medication as prescribed. I asked them to check the dates of the other medication to see if any others were expired, and was told no, that it had to have been me... When I pushed back about the different labels that had been printed by the staff and who was responsible for checking the medication, they suddenly mailed the medication to my house with no communication. In August, I called to set up an annual exam for two of my dogs and OFA exams for third, I was told by the receptionist that she didn't have the vet's schedule (even though I could see through petvet that he was scheduled to work) .. When I called them back for the third time, the vet came to the phone and told me that they no longer wanted me as a client. His reasoning was because I must not be able to trust them because I expect a level of record keeping they can't provide to me and they didn't feel that they could live up to my expectations or that I would trust them going forward... This is absolutely ridiculous.... I literally just need unexpired medication that I paid for & for the exams results & heartworm/fecal exam results to consistently be printed on the records when I request them. Apparently it's too much of a bother for them to make sure things are done correctly the first time. There had not been a single time I went to this clinic and didn't have to contact the staff for a follow-up of something. The Vet does his job well, but apparently he doesn't care about customer service either since he was the one who told me not to come back. *UPDATED* I STILL RECOMMEND THEM ... BUT GET A WRITTEN (YES, WRITTEN) ESTIMATE SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO REALLY EXPECT BEFOREHAND! Ask for itemized invoices ahead of service! I asked several times for prices & was given estimates by the front desk for several items, SEVERAL TIMES! Once the services were done, there were extra fees that the front staff didn't add in, even though those were mandatory for the service provided. Best example: Was told by front desk several times an OFA visit would be $250 per dog for Hips, Elbows, & Patella Luxation. After adding EACH RADIOGRAPH, it was $700 per dog after all of the additional fees. I was not told each RADIOGRAPH & EXAM was individual price, even after I specifically asked several times!! We've had 2 similar but HUGE $$ miscommunications in price between the front desk & the doctor. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dr. is very knowledgeable & takes the time to really listen & understand. Gives detailed answers & firm recommendations for the best treatment of our pets & the puppies we send home to their loving families! They have a in-house lab with X-rays & bloodwork for quick diagnostic services & accurate treatment, even for those pesky ear infections. We've tried several vets in the surrounding areas & this is the first vet we are using permanently! Their availability has been amazing & super helpful & caring staff all around. & the surprising part, their prices are very reasonable & actually cheaper for most services than any surrounding vet. 2/10 RECOMMEND
