The do their best to provide a PPC environment for children that are "at risk". This is not an easy job to do. Red Rock does a great job at it! When my son was "placed" in treatment and I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a enriching environment. They provide PPC or Positive Peer Culture, Therapy, Independent Studies, Art, Dance, Music and much much more. The core staff is dedicated, hard working and loving. Overall, they take a not so good situation and make it better. If Red Rock was not in my life, my son could be down a very bad road. I am not willing to think of what I would have done without them

They really loved our kids the year they were there and made them feel special. My kids loved the field trips during the summer and grew really close to staff. Unfortunately we moved and both of us work closer to our house so it ended up being way out of the way and we had to switch. We really regret it, but it just isn't feasible to drive them over there. Make sure you take back spare clothes or they'll charge you $40 for a pair of pants that came from DI for 50 cents. They still serve peanut butter even though my child is highly allergic and has had 2 outbreaks already. They get upset that I pack Benadryl in my child's back pack. I asked to have them feed my kids an additional snack because I pick them up late and they refused (Unless I have a Dr's note). Wow, so my kid gets to starve unless I have a Dr. note saying they need a snack?? Bull shit!!! They feed them some saltine crackers and a glass a milk, they go as minimum as possible on the snacks they serve. And they only get one snack a day. Their facility is nice, but they have a super high turnover. There is always different people in my kids classrooms. They do not work with you at all. If your even a little late, they threaten to kick you out. They simply don't care. I hope to find something better, but the alternatives are more run down and ghetto. I would love Home Away from Home, but they have long wait list!! Hope this helps some moms out there. Wish someone would've told me how things really go inside a daycare.

They had several pieces on sale outside on the day I visited, which makes local art affordable for all price points. Inside, the studio showcases art from a variety of artists who work in the studio. Nearly every inch of the studio was covered in art. The ceramics were very diverse, there was wall art, Christmas ornaments, and dining materials. Next time I'm in the area, I absolutely plan to return to purchase unique gifts for friends and family!

The instructors were so kind, atmosphere of the school was beautiful. Here are some things I didn't notice about it that I wish I would have noticed at the time I was attending. The prices for service were just as much as a normal hair salon. There weren't a lot of walk-ins so we didn't get that much hands on experience with clients on the floor. BIG We were lucky if we got one client a week so majority of the time we worked on mannequin heads. They also didn't let us experience color ratios/mixing and being in the back bar or the receptionist areas. When I did have a client in my chair (most of the time it was my family members to come support me) and I would do a haircut on them it was like pulling teeth to have an instructor come check my work. They seemed annoyed when I asked for help. They didn't teach me to make sections when it comes to doing haircuts they always showed me to start in the middle with a big section and to slowing follow the guide towards the crown of the head. They barely focused on the things we needed to know to pass the state boards. It felt like we needed to teach ourselves how to do haircuts, color, perms, shampoo sets, facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, etc. Looking back I wish I would have attended Evan's Hair School because they get way more experience with walk ins and their prices are much cheaper. It's been a rude awakening with working in the hair industry fresh out of school and after being a sahm for 10+ years and feeling absolutely clueless as to what I'm doing. This hair school is also very very expensive so that also is so frustrating to feel like this after spending all the money and time here.

Other than that it was 5 stars all the way. I wanted a special surprise for my husband for our 5th anniversary. I contacted Fio and his wife they were great to work with and very kind. They did a private dinner in a secluded location I chose for us. It was AMAZING! I can not say enough about the food and the experience. Fio and his wife are wonderful people who go out of their way to give 110%. Despite the expense at the end of the evening I felt like I was ripping them off. I would love to do this again. My husband was thrilled and surprised. I wish I could express how wonderful the whole thing was. Thanks to Fio and his wonderful wife for a great anniversary.
