The positive reviews are probably either fake or solicited. Take a look at the profiles of those reviewers. Many of them have few reviews to their name, with some having only one (that one being for CADY). Their reviews left for other business listings are similarly brief with scant details. Now check out the reviews here on Yelp. They are mostly negative, but lengthy and heavy on details. Don't rely entirely on the Google reviews alone, especially when the business provider is CADY.
