My dog recently was having much pain when moving and is known to have hip dysplasia which seemed to be exasperated for some reason. When I called to see if I could get him in I was given an appointment 3 weeks away. My dog is yelping in pain and they give me an appointment almost a month out? No attempt was made to get him in earlier and no sense of urgency at all. Took him to Urgent Pet Care in Surprise and they were wonderful but very expensive. I'm moving my dog to Castle Rock Pet Doc. Best of Burg? Not in my experience...

He will let an emergency dog suffer…read moreand die because he has other cases that are minor (example) routine check ups etc., before he will get to an emergency case. You would get better service for your animal at your local hospital vs. this veterinarian. His staff has no customer service manners or skills, the staff is rude and they have no people skills. The state vet board needs to pull his license. Time to throw in the towel Oplinger. I am sure you do not keep up with continuing education. To any future clients "Do your homework and read the reviews" before considering taking any four legged family member that you love to this vet. If you want to carry the corpse of you beloved fur family member out in a box I would not recommend this veterinarian or his staff.

And on top of that she's extremely easy to get ahold of and her communication is so professional and prompt. I drove from California to get a dog from her and I felt comfortable the whole time knowing she was always within reach . You can never be to careful these days that someone might be not who they say they are and with Kathy I felt totally comfortable just jumping into the car and getting my beautiful dog from her.
