We were very explicit that we did not want our dog cut we wanted him shampooed and his nails clipped. He has a unique mane and coloring that we love. When we picked him up they had completely shaved my dog down. I do not recommend them at all. They do not listen to you and they do not communicate with one another. The staff at the vet along with the doctor handled me and Skunky with compassion and professionalism. Skunky was prescribed medication and 3 days later he is feeling much better every day. My wife and I have been using this clinic for all 3 of our dogs for several years and are highly satisfied with them and will continue to use them. I see bad reviews on this clinic but I have not seen any evidence of the bad claims. Each time I go there the other customers leave happy and are treated well. I have given this place an opportunity 3 times. Never again. In May of 2022 I took my doxies there…read more I was told to bathe them an do their ears and toe nail s it would cost $ 35 each. When I went to pick them up they tried to charge me $50 each. I left a review on their FB page, the owner messaged me. This summer I called and ask the price for the same workup for my border collie. They said it would be $70 for bath, express, toe nails and ears. When my husband picked him up they charged him $90, he did not tell me this. Last week we took the collie back for the same workup. They charged him $80. When he brought the dog in you could smell him from 8 feet away. I asked if he was bathed and he said he asked them when he picked up the dog and they said that would cost an extra $15. I'm not sure what else happened at the groomers, the dog went straight to his kennel and wouldn't come out to eat or drink for 2 days. I will never recommend Pup Town Grooming. If you look at the reviews on their FB page there are some concerning reviews on there.
