You know what - customers should have a little more respect and common courtesy then the store wouldn't be so bad. You know what? None of that stopped me from finding exactly what I came in for - and more! I came up to stay with my family to escape the hurricane in Florida and I needed some extra clothes. I needed a pair of jeans and some light weight long sleeve shirts for the cooler nights up here. As soon as I walked in, there was a table of long sleeve light weight cotton shirts for $8. I got 4 - the color selections were plentiful. I found an entire wall of jeans and was able to find several styles in my size. I got 2 pair I also got a super cute graphic Tee, a sports bra and 2 tank tops. All of that for $120 and I had a 30% off coupon - Double Score!!! Bottom Line: You want a clean, well kept store? Go to a high end store and spend $30 on your tee shirts and the dressing room will be nice and the attendants will be attentive. They do quality work and are great to work with, handling change orders with ease. They are also reasonable and fair with their pricing. There were no punch lists when the houses were done because they take care of any issues as soon as you tell them. If there are problems after completion, they come an fix it quickly and without any hassle. MKL is a family owned business that has been in the Hamptons for over 25 years (or more I think). Between the care taken by Paula and her teammates and the ease of the transaction, we confirmed how both the new roll and remnants would be cut and finished, and were connected with an excellent delivery service to bring our finished goods to the city.
