Today I went to buy a screw armed with the diameter of the screw opening and I was told (meanly) by the woman who "helped" me that the width of the screw doesn't matter only the "thread". Pointing out politely that this makes no sense only got me more attitude from the person helping me. Once I settled on my screw nobody would help me identify the dimensions of the screw in case I wanted to buy a second one. My advise is to drive to riverhead to Home Depot.

Items are definitely pricier than what you'd get at a Home Depot or Lowe's, but that's to be expected at an independent shop like this one. Also, it's the Hamptons. I easily found most of what I needed just by looking around, but did need to ask the cashier where to find mulch, which was located outside and a bit away from the actual store, which is how I missed it. He offered to help me load the bags into my car, but I decided to get a workout in instead and to it myself (in retrospect, I wish I had taken him up on his offer - my body still hurts as I'm writing this review.) If you need something for your garden or home project in a pinch and you're in the area, you'll find it here, just keep in mind you may have to pay a little extra for the convenience.

I found the same item..Honda 390 motor 4.2 gpm and 4400 psi at Home Depot and a couple other places. for about 1400 dollars. I decided to give Lopers a chance to make the sale. I went in to store and stood there for about 10 minutes while lady behind counter worked with customer. As they were wrapping things up, the phone rang and lady beind the counter took call and got invovled with phone client. I figured that was long enough to not even be acknowleded with a "I'll be with you in a minute..." or some other pleasantry. So now, I'm unloading my new pressure washer with an extra 500 dollars in my pocket.

I ordered what I was told to be seasoned firewood. It was not. Moisture content was 45%-60%! All it…read moredid was smolder and cause creosote. The guy tried to nicely say that I'm a fool and didn't know how to start a fire. He also doesn't use a moisture meter and has no clue what the moisture content of his product is. Luckily I insisted on paying by CC as he originally insisted on cash........ plus tax? Then he offers me a $100 off. Unseasoned firewood is cheaper. We agree on him picking up the wood and giving me a full credit. He has not given me credit and it has been over two weeks! I had to start a dispute with my CC company. How do you run a reputable business this way? Brian. I wanted to like you and your product, but operating this way in my opinion is shady. People need their hard earned money to survive after this awful year. I have no doubt that if I had paid cash I would have had no recourse in this matter. I should have left the plants on the counter but I wanted to complete this project. Today I went to Bay Gardens and spent over $200 and got plants in great shape and..no credit card fee. There is NOTHING enchanting about Enchanted Gardens. Beware
