I was somewhat leery of fondant, because I've seen it done badly so many times. However, Terri is a second-generation fondant-maker and it became clear from reviewing her past work that she was a cut above the rest. We were so pleased with the final result and all of our guests delighted in the cake details, too. It was a little pricier than our original cake budget, but it was well worth it in the end.
