First time I went a few weeks ago their systems went down, so everything was cash only. Okay, fine. The employees were clearly stressed and didn't have a system in place to manage it. Hectic to say the least. Went again last night, ordered on the app and they called my name quickly (nice!) but when I was handed the box two of the four cookies were incorrect. Employee looked puzzled, went back and plucked them out of the box and put the right ones in. I had a doordash, the order was 1 cookie. I was there for 45+ minutes. I do not receive any help. When i received help the worker ignored me. I finally got another worker and some customer cut me off and the worker told me she had to get the whole line first which was LONG before she could have gotten the doordash order. I lost out on around $45 bc of how long the wait was. I had to cancel the order due to not getting any help and when i did the workers were RUDE. absolutely horrible, workers just threw the cookies into the box without caring about presentation or effort/final result. Also did not present them to us at the end of transaction, merely handed the to me and walked away. Overall I am extremely disappointed in this store location. read more

Great product. BUT, defective on-line/carryout system. Placed on line order which indicated all products available. Got to store as they opened after a one hour drive only to be told none of my order was available anymore. Crumbl really needs to modify their on-line process to accurately reflect what is actually available. Recommend never to order on line but to call to be sure product is available. read more

Neutral experiences. I will give them another try. However lately we don't tend to get greeted or the cookies aren't right. Often we wait past our pickup time. I've had experiences where I've picked up and found toppings missing due to we're out of this so we pay for something and don't get it all unless we call them out. With better organization this place could be better. Overall decent cookies and worth trying for a treat. read more

I really liked the flavor of the Upside Down Banana cookies. So when I saw the Pumpkin ones, I expected the same. Unfortunately, there was an over powering spice that was not mixed well. I'll wait til the Banana ones come back now :( read more

Only try it once. I wanted to try Crumbl as a treat to myself since a friend was raving about it. First. 4.50 for a cookie is a bit excessive yet I thought I'm all in. Let's give it a try. Must be fantastic. First impressions are everything. As I was sitting in the drive through I saw a potholder hanging in a door handle that was covered in funk. A black potholder covered in white and pink and brown gunk. Next I was handed my very expensive cookie in a dirty box. See photo. All sorts of dried junk on that too. When I got to the cookie itself I questioned where it had been. It was a bit too soft and not really warm. I can do better getting some cookie dough at the grocery store and making my own that way. I'm not returning mainly because of the filth I saw at this visit. I'm not opposed to treating myself once in awhile yet this won't be it. read more

Cookies are great. The delivery process is a SCREWED UP MESS. Apparently the orders online go to Door dash. If Door Dash does not pick up your delivery you will have no idea that is not being picked up. I ordered a gift delivery for a friend I thought it was odd that she didn't say anything. I asked her about the cookies and she never received them. So I called Crumbl. DO YOUR Detective work! I found that the cookies have been sitting in the store for 2 days. Crumbl does not hand deliver nor do they contact Door Dash to see why the order is not picked up. Nor do they contact the person who ordered the cookies to let them know they were not picked up. But they happily take your money. The star rating is based on the 45 minutes of BS i had to go through and still don't have a refund. The cookies I have stopped in store to pick up are always delicious. read more

Not my favorite location to go to. Maybe its because the store is so fresh and new but the Wausau location cant seem to deliver quality cookies consistently. Today my strawberry cupcake cookie was so crispy, thought i was eating a Chips Ahoy cookie! Othertimes my cookies have been underbaked, dry, and sometimes just not presentable. I love Crumbl, and I dont experience this at other stores! So i hope Wausau can get on track! read more

We have been to this location a couple times and I think they need a little work especially with their customer service. They ran out of 2 flavors before 6PM on a Friday one time and the other time the customer service was just horrible. Overall the cookies were okay, but I haven't been back to this location since so hopefully when I go back they have worked out all the quirks. read more
