Fantastic job on replacing our passenger car window. A neighbor recommended them and we called and the woman on the phone told us they could get it done in the afternoon after ordering the glass. We actually came the next day and the woman was nice in person, it took between one hour to one hour and a half. They vacuumed up bits of the broken glass from our car and replaced it. It works fine. Not busy in a Friday afternoon at all and a great price for $185 plus tax for an older truck. Would return to get my glass replaced here in the future. read more

Horrible customer service- I was there this past weekend 30 minutes before they opened and before anyone got there even the staff to get my windshield replaced. Some guy drives up about 10 minutes before they opened and runs in and checks in. I go in behind him and told the staff I was there 1st. She said ok. After waiting almost 2 hours and my car still sitting out in the parking lot in the same spot. I asked the staff how much longer before they got to my car. She tells me she had to take the other guy 1st because he got to the desk and gave his keys 1st and it would be another 30 minutes before they even touch my car. I bailed out and told her they can keep their windshield. She could have at least told me that she was taking him 1st when I gave her my keys and I would have left then. I wasted 2 hours of my life sitting there. SMDH! This place used to be awesome. I've gone there several times since the late 90s but had not been since 2018 until this past Saturday. I do not recommend, I went in and was going to inquire about glass replacement, however I asked to use the restroom first. The front desk woman thought I was with another gentleman and said yes but then ultimately changed her mind when she figured out I was alone. I even attempted to ask another person but she watched me on the cameras and made him tell me no as well. Not only will I not be using them due to her attitude, the old woman literally caused me to shit my pants. I wish I could send the cleaners bill to this woman. -100 stars. read more

Probably won't be stepping back in here after yesterday experience (plus prior experiences as well). Came in to get drivers side tint fixed. the part that got me was when they want to pulled me to the side and told me that their warranty doesn't cover the damaged tint? Meaning I had to "physically" do something to my tint, which I didn't, (keep in mind I have a challenger so the window goes up and down quite frequently when I step out and I like to have the windows down almost all the time) so we kept going in circles and circles. toward the end, they decided they would replace it this time. However, their "warranty" expired for that one window. So if the window start peeling again, which to say the least it might! because of the "poor" quality of tint. I'll have to pay $45.00 to get it fixed (Keep in mind, I wouldn't be calling it "poor" if it didn't peel off in less than a year of me having it.) that said, definitely don't recommend this place. The only reason I came here to begin with, is because of my grandparents highly recommending it. Aside from that, I appreciate them making an exception for me which is nice of them. However, I don't like the going back and fourth, If we can come to a solution great! If not, I'll take my business elsewhere. Plus I know places that aren't charging $250!!!! for a WHOLE CAR with only "2 YEARS" OF WARRANTY and for me to already come in to get it fixed and it not even being a whole year of me having the tint is astonishing.. read more

my work truck got broken into one night. so I called around the next morning. and got prices from others around me, then I remember using low cost auto glass before and I have always had great service from them. they didn't have it in stock but could have it that afternoon, I asked if they were open on Saturday and they told me they open at 8 am.
