Was able to get our sticky mounted stuff off the old windshield as well. The mobile service was definitely a huge plus vs going somewhere as it allowed us to continue working on things in the house. Noticed later that the rain-sensing function wasn't working. We coordinated a time and they had someone come back and check it out and get it taken care of promptly. The first part (installation) is typically easy for places. But the difference between good shops and bad shops is the willingness to follow through and correct minor things when hiccups happen. After a rude awakening to police at my door informing me that my truck had been broken into overnight, I was not expecting to spend part of my day at Discount Mobile Auto Glass. As with any person who had just found out one of their windows had been smashed, I did not have a great outlook on the day ahead of me... However, Abraham and his employees turned that around for me. I requested a quote from this business almost an hour before their business day began and recieved a response almost immediately. The price was great, and based off of Yelp reviews and personal reccomendation from my father, I decided to make the 30 min drive to Pasadena. I was greeted almost immediately by the owner who knew exactly who I was and why I was there based off of the information I gave through the quote. They quickly took my keys, pulled my truck into the bay, and got to work. After about 30 minutes of work, they had finished removing the broken window and tinting/installing the new window. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed out all of the glass in my cabin! Service was affordable, quick, and satisfactory. What else could you ask for in an auto business? We are currently facing trying times. If my testimony wasn't compelling enough, please also consider that this is no national corporation.
